If her actions suggest she's jealous but words suggest she wants a threesome, simple rule to follow is 'watch what she does, not what she says.' In other words, it's a shit test.

This is what's working for me during quarantine. I read messages (or reply depending on the person) once a day and never open chats again until next day.

Withdraw attention and remember to use texting only for logistics. During quarantine, focus on self improvement. That's all

Practice forgiveness. Forgive yourself for all the mistakes you've made but don't forget. Forgive others for all the mistakes they've made but don't forget.

I wouldn't suggest completely cutting off from your friends as you've mentioned you learn a lot from them. So, cut contact to a minimum and in the meantime work on yourself. Law 16 - Use absence to increase respect and honor.

More sexually aroused as in having a boner? Then no. Desperation as in let's say I'm in a situation where I'm with a woman and all I'm thinking about subconsciously is fucking her and all the conversations we're having in that moment are just words.

Nothing concrete Let's start from here. Write down precisely what you want to achieve and work yourself backward. For instance, I want to become a successful photographer. How will I get there? I need to be good at taking photographs that look professional. I need to practice everyday to develop such a skill. I need to have a set of habits to make me practice everyday. I need to know what set of habits I need to form. I pickup a book on the same topic. (Atomic Habits by James Clear) I read the b…

Read - Read TRP books and once you've started reading the book, make sure you finish it. Must read: The Way of The Superior Man by David Deida, Meditate - A good start is to meditate for 10 minutes each day, usually after waking up and hydrating yourself. Stay present and pay attention to all the noises around you (birds, car horns etc) and within you. If you get into a thought loop, observe your thoughts and write them down after you're done meditating. Read your thoughts and see how you began …

there were remarks that the date felt as an interview at certain points - maybe I was trying way too hard to keep conversation going? Been there, done that. Only way you can do something about it is by practicing taking pauses when you get pumped up while speaking. The calmer you will be while talking, the lighter the conversation will feel for both you and the woman.

she's the only girl I've been with I'm pretty sure she still thinks you are blue pilled and will try to pull you into LTR with her. Keep your frame strong as she'll be looking for ways to break it and get you in LTR. She knows that it's only you who dealt with her mental problems for years and no other guy will deal with her for that long so she needs someone to be there to deal with her shit and she knows it's you. Keep Abundance Mentality and be willing to walk out anytime you want.

Step 1 - Relax. Step 2 - Breathe. Step 3 - Be genuinely interested in knowing the person you're talking to. If you're not curious enough, don't bother and save yourself some time and energy. Step 4 - Don't put pussy on a pedestal. (I make this mistake sometimes and as a result give creepy vibes) Step 5 - Start with keeping your conversations short. (The most common are 'asking the time' and 'directions to a location'.) Step 5.1 - Approach men and women, both initially. Step 5.2 - Asking the time…

Today she posted a pic of her eating a fucking sandwish with another guy.. Like no romance shit... I told her nice husband... And she said thanks... I proceeded to tell her that shes a pain in the ass. Let your jealous ass sit down for a second and spend time on yourself than on her.

Set the mood by rambling about anything as having sex in cars can be tricky. Talk, talk and talk some more to make her feel safe and comfortable as the location itself is not a comfortable environment to have sex in the first place. Go for a drive and observe things around you to start with rambling and keep the conversation going for some time before escalating physically.

You can take up things you find interesting instead of gaming. Write a list down of things you can do in a week. 168 hours in a week. 3x7 - 21hrs hours gaming? 3x7 - 21hrs some hobby 3x7 - 21hrs some other hobby 8x7 - 56hrs sleeping You're still left with 49 hours to eat, shit or do whatever. Of course you can change the number of hours for things as it suits you but start with keeping a track of your weekly activities and divide your weekly hours accordingly.

I'm facing a similar phase in my life where I feel un-calibrated with my thoughts and reality. TRP knowledge was too much for me, I could feel my mind and my body getting distant from each other everyday. One day, I gave up on everything and everyone. My friends, my life goals and everything else out of sheer frustration. I picked up writing as a hobby. I wrote anything that came to my mind on a piece of paper. ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! I did so as it helps me get my thoughts out of my mind witho…

My point is this. Your gains in the gym are a bi-product of your self-discipline. Your daily writings on that piece of paper are a bi-product of self-discipline. You living a healthy lifestyle is a bi-product of self-discipline. The next thing you'll know is these micro-habits have made you a better person with better problems and those better problems will not be playing video games or watching YouTube etc 24/7

Tried a lot of stuff with no long-lasting results so far You'll not see a change in a few weeks or sometimes even months. I've kept myself frustrated thinking change is just around the corner. It never happens. The more you want it, the less it'll happen. Only focus on doing it everyday with no expectations. Expectations leads to disappointment.

You've described my life (excluding gaming) Make writing daily your friend. I see it as you talking to yourself as another person and figuring stuff out. It has helped me figure stuff out and work on it one day at a time. I'm living this life for past 3 years. Here's what I'd like to share through experience - Write down a list of everything you want to do in your life. Firstly, why would you give gifts expecting something in return? Secondly, let her ask if something is wrong and tell her you were being stupid and expecting something in return for all the gifts you gave. She might find it funny or just ignore you. If she finds it funny, great. If she ignores, move on. You'll be saving a lot of time and energy for both of you.

Good thing is you're self aware to the point where you know 'this is an insecurity' Step 1 - Delete all social media apps for a week (no peeking) Step 2 - Keep going to the gym (specially when you don't feel like going) Step 3 - After a week write down exactly how you feel on a piece of paper. Step 4 - Consider getting back on social media or delete your accounts depending on your observations about your week. On a sidenote, read 'Models' by Mark Manson and work on creating abundance mentality.

To add on that, say it and see what happens. She might like it or she may not like it. This will only help both of you establish some concrete boundaries. Once said, stick to your gut. Don't apologize.

sometimes I'm a bully, sometimes an annoying prick. You need to ask yourself why you want to fix it. Is being a bully causing more harm than good to people around you? Is it annoying people and they've vocally said that you're annoying them? If not then maybe it's only you who think you're a bully and an annoying prick? Some of my friends are what people would classify as a "bully" or an "annoying prick" and I get along with those friends, tough love.

Create a 'morning ritual' where you occupy your mornings with things that will give you great start for the day. Include activities like meditation, exercise, reading a list of some of your favorite quotes, clean your room, write down body measurements after workout like arms, chest, waist, weight etc (can do weekly if not everyday), also write down the time you fall asleep and wake up and keep a track of your sleeping pattern. Also, eat, drink water, bathe, comb, brush, dress decently. Morning …
