1	If you are going through Hell ... Hmm, I have learnt that going through it alone is definitely not the way to go, and "manning the ef up" is not a very kind advisement. Rather, I have found that this is the time to open up, be vulnerable, and let society and friends catch me, for a change. Yes, be strong and take responsibility, yet a time to connect deeply, keep trust in yourself and others, and look after oneself, mindfully. 3	my emotions are crazy It's the loss of a life that you wanted. Reality is far more sinister than our expectations, unfortunately. Accepting the loss hurts terribly, and we cannot control it, and certainly cannot control the STBX. You can only control yourself, unfortunately.
