10	Why won't you guys date these gorgeous strong independent women? "Men, indoctrinated over generations to pursue younger women, are instinctively reluctant to consider those of a similar age to their own, even ones who look youthful and attractive" So is it "indoctrination" or "instinctual"? –	Someone Gets It! Sure, I don't dispute that. What I am saying is that in the software industry, right now, they will hire a less capable woman over a man for diversity reasons. It has nothing to do with what people imagine when they close their eyes or whatever, it has everything to do with looking good on paper. My sister also worked in software and noticed this as well.
