AWALT. I had tried pleading/asking/ordering/discussing in my beta days. Nothing worked. Now, My wife has started to watch what she eats and work out regularly since I started working out.

I have thought about this.. But seems too prescriptive. Only way I see us to focus on myself and keep getting better physically and mentally.

I agree with man being responsible for taking initiative. But taking initiative 100% of the time seems like an overkill. I'm happy she responds, but would love to see her get creative. Will stfu and lift for now. I want to get the body fat% below 15% by end of the year.

Thanks.. Will check it out. I was off porn for a month after she moved in, but got back to it as I got bored of vanilla sex.. Will check out the websites and give it a try.

She responds to my kinky moves - had sex by the window last night. She likes it when she does, but doesn't take initiative. Agree with having patience.

Married for 2 years. Body fat 20% , down from 23% in Jan. I realize that I have a long way to go. Have been working out 4-5 tones a week - 3x hiit, 2x lifting

I'm the only one she had had sex with.

I'm not sure if dread is the right answer here. I have gone back and forth on it. She is sexually interested and initiates sex, but not kinky.

How to get abundance mentality when you are already married?

Thanks. This is exactly what I have come to realize in the last couple of days. In the last 9 years, I couldn't even think of leaving her. Now that I have been lifting and focusing on myself for the last couple of weeks, I can't believe how confident I feel about myself and I'm realizing that I was probably depressed the last few years. I will not give into her "let's move on" bull shit this time. I will tell her that we can't proceed unless she apologizes and behaves herself. I have gotten bett…

I called her now and asked her to confirm if she is coming home or going to company accommodation. She cut the call. She called me back within 5 mins and told me that she has not booked any accommodation and she plans to come home. She said that she didn't want it to start off badly and will figure out where to stay depending on how things go. I'm picking her up from the airport on Wednesday afternoon.

I think I have been swallowing the poison slowly and didn't notice that my marriage has been too shitty. Knew it was shitty, but always blamed it on LDR and gave her the benefit of doubt. Now that I put it down on paper and read it. I blame myself for being in this relationship.

She has threatened to break up multiple times in our long relationship. It has been an emotional drain so far. If I had discovered red pill before, I would have probably broken up. Now that she is moving here from another country "because of me" , I want to give it a shot. This will be our first time living together.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
