| -18 | Let's talk about WHY TheRedPill exists, regardless of whether TRP itself is rightFeminism was never about female independence. If it were, it would not require men to cooperate or even notice. You're... alarmingly close to sounding like a radical feminist. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/04/13 04:54 AM |
Seriously? Found this headline on Salon.com ...I'm going to be honest, it's pretty clear that yes, men are more violent. Any solutions? | /r/MensRights | 31/07/12 03:17 AM
An Open Letter to the r/MensRights Community from a "Radical" Feminist (please read, not a "wow you guys are awful and bad!!!)It is my sincerest belief that breaking down gender constructs, if done correctly, would reduce boy shaming and man shaming. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/12 04:28 AM
An Open Letter to the r/MensRights Community from a "Radical" Feminist (please read, not a "wow you guys are awful and bad!!!)I think legal equality would be largely pointless without the dismantlement of gender. It's possible, but I can't really see what good it would do. For a more 'men's right-y' example, when determining custody, child support, parental rights, the like, a legal recognition of equality would be helpful - but if judges and others don't believe it, that is recognise men as equal parents - it won't mean nearly as much. To believe it would be to break down gender roles in that area. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/12 04:01 AM
An Open Letter to the r/MensRights Community from a "Radical" Feminist (please read, not a "wow you guys are awful and bad!!!)I don't consider myself a men's rights activist, so of course I don't align. And because I am against gender essentialism I would never believe that my maleness would give me any kind of an insight into the movement. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/12 03:51 AM
An Open Letter to the r/MensRights Community from a "Radical" Feminist (please read, not a "wow you guys are awful and bad!!!)Ridiculous. I'm a man and my number one priority is tearing down gender roles and norms. Without those, we can really get started on equality and not aim for 'different but equal'. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/12 03:17 AM
An Open Letter to the r/MensRights Community from a "Radical" Feminist (please read, not a "wow you guys are awful and bad!!!)That seems right though. I certainly wouldn't consider male rapists 'sane' in any flattering definition of the word. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/12 03:16 AM
