Based on geography, yes. Highlighting the point that America does not have a unified law of wills and estates. I'm not familiar with where Larry King was domiciled and therefore could not answer the question. Some states allow handwritten wills, some don't, and then the states that do likely have different standards on what can be accepted.

Depends on the state's laws/court cases.

Which is why this post is stupid. There is no debate among doctors about whether newborns can feel pain.

Why would you want to have the most ignorant people vote?

So you want prosecutors to break the law to punish some lying idiot because she's a woman and cried rape. You have problems.

that the DA just might manage to find something to charge them with. Nope. Me calling rape/murder doesn't make me responsible for the stupidity of a national outcry and investigation by people believing it without any evidence.

Stop asking or I will have to escalate this matter Should have have emailed him back and said you already have. You should have emailed the Dean of the college your paper, the guidelines, the email correspondence between the two of you. Despite what you may think about tenure professors schools do take very seriously the abuse of students when it comes to grades. They do not want a reputation where students are punished by receiving bad grades.

Truly this is how you expand a movement! Nag anyone big that if vocalizes support for you by saying they aren't doing enough and should be doing more. I'm sure this will truly increase the speed of people accepting the unequal treatment of men in family court./s

At least one of those people is a 14 year old boy trolling.

Is he just supposed to allow her? No he's not but that doesn't give him the right to pull a knife and stab her, pull a gun and shoot her, knock her off her feat with a blow to the head. Simply pushing her away probably would have been fine.

There is such a thing as proportion, which is what he didn't do. Yes it would have been fine for him to push her away, but not fine to knock her off her feat with a blow to the head.

Yep. Libel and slander laws will be used to fight these false accusations.

At this point, in any subreddit, calling someone a troll or a concern troll is just a way to shut down someone without admitting that the other person is right or being able to brush off someone that is right by calling them that.

We don't kill 100 million sharks a year because they kill people. Jesus! Sometimes I wonder if these people stop to think about anything. Calling people like this retarded would be an insult to the mentally retarded.

neo-liberal I don't think you know what that word means. It's always used as a pejorative too, which is stupid. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism

I never said it would. Which is why b. doesn't seem like a good reason to have a statute of limitations. Sure the defendent might lose evidence to innocence but the prosecution likely also will lose evidence for prosecution.

I feel like a. and c. doesn't count in the case of say child molestation. It cant be expected of a child to do something in a timely matter in that instance and you cant assume they are out for vengeance and cruelty instead of justice. As for b the same standard should exist for proving someone guilty. Presumably the prosecution would lose a lot of evidence too.

Looks like you lost track of what's the important subject here Okay so you admit you were wrong to declare his description fair? Great! I didn't say it wasn't a problem that women can act like this and get away with it. Obviously I wasn't concerned about that. I just don't want you to be saying that he gave a fair description when you can't know if that is true or not.

Troll confirmed. No. I was really starting to believe you might just be young and bad at reading, too. What's wrong with my reading? Cedru can't say it was a fair assessment when they don't know. It's really that simple. I'm not saying anything about who was right or wrong. The fact that I got downvoted for saying shows how close minded you people are. And to be called a troll too when I have a legitimate point also indicates what type of group you people are.

At no point I stated that I'm absolutely sure he's story is the true story You said "fair description" this implies that it is impartial truth. You don't know that. I agree with your conjecture, but say it is conjecture unless you know other wise. maybe in this case is also important to dig for the background story, right? Links to a video in a whole other continent. Holy shit I thought this sub was about the truth and being objective when it came to these things. Don't point out when the MRA pe…

Your point being? Pretty sure it was obvious by my comment. My point was it was wrong for you to say he gave a fair description. We don't know that.

Towards the end of the video the guy gives a fair description There's literally no way you can know if his description was fair or not from just the video. Sure it's believable, sure that lady is a nut job, but you can't say it is a fair description.

Keep your fucking mouth shut. Don't answer any questions. Even simple questions that don't seem incriminating. Also lawyer up.

It's not sexist if it's true. Of course you could never say the title statement without being called all sorts of names.

Boy "I want to have sex with you". Girl begins to suck dick. I feel like that is enough consent. If she didn't want to have sex Elizabeth should of verbally told Hugh lets just do oral this time.
