Yeah if it could all be done in 30 minutes to an hour then that'd be fine. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. I've just gotten to the point where I hate the whole process. I pissed off my friend's wife so bad she asked I never return. I was over watching a game with him and a couple of other guys. She stormed into the living room yelling about how I left the seat up as I had just got done taking a piss. I said: all that energy you used to stomp in here and bitch could have easily been converted into this (and I made the motion of lowering the seat with my hand). She then turned to my friend and ask that I never be allowed back.

Well the reason I said IT/computers is they're here to stay and will be a part of our lives. In fact they'll continue to be more and more in ways we haven't seen yet. There will have to be programmers, technicians, etc. to help maintain, build, and expand that.

I have nothing against TRP. I love to read it like this sub. The core ideas (physical health and exercise, expanding your mind intellectually, learning trades, embracing masculinity, etc.) are talked about on both subs. Both say it'll make you a better man. I'm dealing with this myself. It does sound nice but unfortunately time after time I thought I found it and got burned. One of the comments at the bottom sums it up. Men are catching on. It's hard to want to get married when I saw so many people in the previous generation or two got divorced. As a man, the idea of losing half my stuff sucks. On top of that if there are kids involved I would only get to see them on Tuesdays and every other weekend, and I'd also get the pleasure of watching some other guy raise them. This makes me very cautious to anyone I'd consider marrying.
