Sounds like you need to work on yourself first. I guarantee a good 80% of what you think the other people you’re talking to are thinking is entirely just inside your head. You’ve got low esteem and confidence and you won’t find it magically from other people’s approval. It’s a very unhealthy thing to place your worth in other people eyes. Can affirm similar life experiences. Though in my case it’s less being unable to feel, I was/am capable of feeling love, it’s more finding every/any reason I can to self-sabotage.

Ever try smiling while looking at her? If she smiles in response its a good sign. Shortest path is of course just asking her out to something low pressure where you two can just talk and go from there.
