I have a very similar way of breaking the ice with a woman. I ask if they would like to play a game to get to know one another, then I offer two distinct choices. Examples : PC or Mac? Beer or Liquor? Movie or Book? Its rather surprising how fun this is, and how easy to continue indefinitely. Later, things devolve into questions like Top or Bottom? Lights On or Off? Acid or X? Really depends on the girl. Second date or Third? :)
