1	Bruh I agree it can be useful especially when you are just starting to gain the confidence to actually be punching at someone else (that can be one of the hardest things to get used to). I still believe that it is best avoided, just to avoid bad habits. Although that being said, you should never really be afraid that you might get hit, at least not as your main concern while training (specially drilling). 1	Bruh if you train like this you are training to miss. then when you are in a high-stress situation then you will instinctively pull the punch. The trick to training with it is to just start slow and work your way up with your partner.
