The only way you're going to get productive feedback is by showing us your profile. We don't know what you're doing wrong, but it's obviously something.

You need to prioritise protein with every single meal and snack. You're not eating enough. If you were eating enough to gain weight you'd be gaining too much fat compared with muscle, not no weight at all. Take the whey, drink milk, eat beans and nuts with every meal to maximise the protein and accept that without meat you're going to have to consume more fat, and gain more body fat along with the muscle. Later you'll just have to cut more fat than a meat-eater would.

What do you mean by small AF? It won't make you taller, and it won't give you muscle unless you work out hard, it'll just give you fat. It'll make your balls shrink and it'll mess with your sex drive (super horny when you're on cycle, can barely get hard when you're off). It also weakens your heart. If you're maxed out in the gym on a perfect diet and distraught at your size, it can help. Otherwise you're probably thinking they're a shortcut which they aren't. They're more like removing the ceil…

Because most Americans couldn't do most of that either, but most Europeans know Europe fairly well. If American states were independent nations you guys wouldn't look so bad, but knowing 49 of your neighbours 'doesn't count' because it's your own country. I've heard some amazing things in the UK, like 'Is Mexico somewhere near America then?' and people not knowing which one France is besides one of the ones on the other side of the channel.

But then in that case, you spend your life with a woman who you will perceive as not that valuable. Really a no-win situation. This is not even enough, because all it takes is a single moment where she thinks she's better than you for her to go jump on Chad, or for a higher status guy to show up who wants an easy lay and goes for your 5/10 girl and makes her hamster think she can swing to a better tree.

Who do you treat poorly? Someone who is beneath you. From that perspective - what would you infer? Simple hamster mechanics.

Depends on your ethnicity. If you're white and not hideous, 0 game required. With expats as well as locals.

A man who tries and fails can work his way down to his number. Maybe he was rejected by 10s, 9s and 8s, but he finally realised he was able to score 7s. The same man who was afraid to take those risks and took the sure bets spent his life with 4s and 5s. It's like low balling your own salary, then getting underpaid your whole life. Yes, it is harder work and you will get rejected, but the struggle will pay off.

I think more people need to consider the satisfaction rate as well as divorce. Even of the 50+-% of marriages that last, far from all of them are happy. Our grandparent's generation did a good job of avoiding divorce, but a lot of them are miserable, and either resigned to it or too poor to divorce. It's not possible to know the odds of marriages that were happy/contented to the end, but I'm sure the percentage of men who survive happily married to the end is far, far lower.

That really depends. If you marry a woman who is interested in having a career, she is close to just as likely as you to pull good figures. If you marry a woman who wants to work in a supermarket because real jobs are 'too stressful' or who wants to be a stay at home mom, then you're asking for trouble. Same for women who marry a guy who hopes to be promote to store manager one day, or who takes an 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' attitude to his $20k a year. That being said, never get married. …

You control the finances now, but if she wants out she gets half. As a business decision what attracted you to it? Saving a few thousand dollars while gambling your life savings at a 30% risk of losing half? What about being married makes it worth the risk? Not attacking, I'm genuinely curious.

It is, but most of them speak Mandarin too. As a general rule, if they don't speak Mandarin you're unlikely to have much to do with them anyway. Anyone involved in the tourism industry, who works with foreigners/has any interest in them or is under 30 years old is going to speak Mandarin. Even in bumfuck villages the kids are bilingual or trilingual. I had kids speaking in their local language, Cantonese, Mandarin and they even knew a few phrases of English, despite not knowing what England or A…

You'll still get plenty of drama down the road. As you get closer she'll start asking to be introduced to your family, asking when you'll take her to your home country, freaking out that you'll leave her, sulking because of how imbalanced your income is even though you do less work etc (if you're employed as a NET/token foreigner). On the upside, the drama all stems from that she doesn't want to lose you rather than that she's not happy with you.

You should always work to the minimum required, unless there are promotion opportunities. If your boss is paying you $10 an hour and you move 80kg of materials per day, and if your boss won't fire you for moving just 50kg per day, the extra 30kg you do, you are doing for free. If he needs that extra 30kg doing, he'll pay someone else or pay you extra to do it. You don't owe the guy anything - never forget that he only pays you because it gets him even more money to do so. There's no goodwill on …

The stakes are too high at this point. Even if you avoid marriage, the risks (of child support payments, unfair custody and withholding of assets until children turn 18) are terrifying. Having children is a difficult enough decision by itself: giving up your own freedoms, greatly reducing your free time, expendable income and lifestyle choices. When it's combined with the risk that your partner could take everything from you without returning the things you enjoyed before, it's the scariest deci…

Nobody is attracted to a person, they are attracted to the features they offer. Men are attracted to features which are not specific to any one woman. Many women have these features and men will be attracted to many of them (symmetrical face, boobs/bum, hip:waist, complexion, height, weight). Women are also attracted to physical features, but as the protection of the offspring is at stake, she also analyses the socio-economic factors as well. There's nothing personal or romantic about either sid…

It doesn't matter what happens, if someone clearly has a higher natural SMV, you can't change it. The girls are always going to see it, and they're going to go for it. The girls that go for you will be settling for the second best guy they found that night, secretly wishing they bagged your friend. I've been through this in the most crushing way possible. I had an FWB roommate, was the most popular guy at work, all the local vendors knew me etc. I was king of my tiny little word -- until the new…

It's easy to know you didn't need kids now you have them. It's a totally different story when you're still just wondering what that's like, and whether it's that life-fulfilling change that people say it is. It must suck for the disillusioned men that don't feel so differently after having kids. I feel like being a parent isn't worth it, and I can say now that I don't want kids. But when I'm 30 or 35 and I'm up at night wondering 'what if?', and whether I'm going to have any legacy it's a differ…

I saw a great argument for not getting married (on Whitney Cummings' TV show of all places, which I watched a few years back out of morbid curiosity - sidenote: it was awful). In the show the main couple are feeling pressured to get married because their friends are, they've been together for so long with nothing to show etc. The guy says that he thinks not getting married is the most romantic thing they can do. By always having the option to walk away at any moment, but never taking it, they sh…

I think this film certainly shows the perils of not maintaining frame in a relationship, and how a guy can find himself compromising more and more until he's in a pathetic situation without even realising it himself. The conversation over dinner towards the end has a very important note too, from Don Jon's sister (paraphrase): She didn't love him, she didn't know the first thing about him. She just wanted a guy who would do anything she told him to. A lot of girls who betafy their men are exactl…
