Yes, I meant the point about hemp protein. I agree that fats are necessary, I expressed it in a wrong way. I meant to consume it in moderation, since they contain twice the amount of calories compared to carbs, while at the same time are less satiating. It also depends on the fat, satiated fats from fast food or chips should be avoided.
