I'd definitely recommend re-reading it but here's a quote that basically sums up the whole point and from reading the book and reading this quote you should understand what he means, if not, you should reread the entire book. Without fail, every single man who I meet who receives ONLY rejection, is receiving it because he is no where near his truth.

I saw "heineken" so I chose it because my Dad always drank it and it sounds foreign Dude..... Afraid they're telling me I'm inarticulate or something. That's kinda racist dude ....... Anyway, if you can't think of something to say... agree and amplify (smile and say it in a teasing fun way) Her: "How old are you?" You: "12" or "57" Her: "You have a deep voice" You: talk in a deeper voice Her: "You sound black" You: "I am black!" Her: "Pretend you're a news anchor!" You: literally any line from a…

Just be honest. Tell her you're only interested in real dating. Wish her the best, and stop talking to her. If she's interested but was just being defensive, she'll change her tune, otherwise just save yourself the time.

In what way? It sets the dynamic and forces them to polarize (which is important because our time is important). "I guess you're not interested". If they respond positively, they're interested, if not, they're not interested. There's no murky middle ground here. Additionally, your intentions are made crystal clear. "I'm interested, you don't seem to be, bye". Finally, it gives you closure as you're doing the "dumping", you're the one ending it

While we're talking about suits. I second the skinnier tie suggestion. It doesn't have to be one of this super skinny black ties, there's a middle ground between super skinny (stereotypical skinny tie) and the one you're wearing in that picture. Also for suit buttons, never do the bottom button. NEVER. It usually pulls the suit weird (like your picture), leaving the bottom undo makes the lines of the suit flow better. Also you're a good looking dude. Good luck!

Inner game and mindfulness is basically the ultimate goal of seduction. Seduction isn't just about banging HB10s, it's about being comfortable with yourself and building a life you love. Everybody should be learning inner game. As a beginner, you're much better off focusing on inner game than on lines, tricks, and games. The lines, tricks, and games work, but they're superficial and will be detrimental in the long run.

Models and No More Mr. Nice Guy are not PUA books in the sense that they'll tell you what to say and how to dress and lines and tricks. They are inner game books, and if you look around the subreddit you'll see that the ultimate goal of seduction is inner game.

Telling people to avoid dealing with shitty questions that have ulterior motives and use humor to deflect them makes you hate seddit?

Well based on the posts I've seen on here. The people who successfully got out of the friendzone were those who disappeared and returned, so I think that's really the only way. Though in addition to disappearing, they usually discovered their inner game. They gave up the oneitis for the person who friendzoned them, they have an abundance mentality, etc. All disappearing does is make the changes in yourself much more noticeable to others when you return.

It was set up online and I'm a pretty anxious person so I was freaking out. AA is my biggest cause of fear so I avoided it with online (until I can build up enough confidence/experience for my mind to accept that girls are not scary and approaching isn't the end of the world). It went very well - she was easy to talk to. Ended up with only a make out at the end (but that's good enough for me) and I'll likely meet with her again soon. Really glad I tuned into seddit today

This is exactly what I needed today. I've got a date in a few hours (first date in a year after ending things with my only gf) and I wanted nothing more than to call and cancel just so this anxiety will go away.

I disagree, I'm new here and online dating has very helpful as a stepping stone. Sure, the best way to learn is to be thrown in and forced to swim but for 90% of people, they'll drown. They'll have bad experiences and quit. Online lets me avoid AA, so I can talk and meet women. By getting dates without facing that AA, it has helped me reduce my AA significantly and build my confidence, because I've started to see how nice, normal, and non-intimidating women are. If people are relying online 100%…

These are probably the most useful thing for most people on here. I don't really agree with you cutting her off to prove that you're going to "do what I'm gonna do regardless of her reactions". Though I can understand the value of doing that to power through girls giving you the cold shoulder and making sure there are no conversation luls. You talk fast, you interrogate them - which are things we see on this subreddit being labeled as "bad" every single day, but you prove that all you really nee…

Well for me personally, the first couple days when watching porn were fine and my sexual desire went through the roof after around 5-7 days without porn/masturbating. So I'd definitely give that some more time, especially if you find it easier to be aroused by porn/masturbation than real women. The thing about therapists is that you need to find one that is right for you, and it's not easy. Also a lot of people don't use them properly by not confiding in them and keeping things hidden because of…

Cut out porn and if that doesn't work cut out masturbation also. If neither of those work, you might want to look into psychological issues. Are you depressed or stressed?

I'm new here, so take this with a grain of salt: This isn't a failure report, it's a field report. Don't start attributing negative adjectives to things like this. Words matter to your subconscious. You probably chatted too much and you're aware that you drank too much, so the fact you can identify some of your mistakes is great, that's what learning is about Avoid routines. You went to fast because you're reading it. It's like when you had to read a report in high school and you read it super q…

Yes, because... what if she doesn't? You have to realize that you have no idea what decisions other people will make in life. Let them make their own decisions, instead of making them in your head.

I like this, but it's a little more aggressive than it needs to be. The issue I have with this is #3. The first 3 bullet points are fine. College is organized learning, it can only take you so far, it only makes you so smart and you need to add in #4,5,6,1 of his points in order to really become an intellectual. Because while you were away at college, I was studying life; because instead of learning about the world in a classroom I went out and learned it by living. This makes me feel like he's …
