Can you clarify on that, what do you mean you read the book and just stopped smoking? There are withdrawals when you stop, that lead to starting again, how you pulled it off?

No personal offence since i don't know you, butffs why everything has to be a red flag. She just enjoys smoking.Or maybe she just can't quit. What about all the tards here condoning steroid use.Isn't that a red flag, people so insecure with the natural genetic predispotion that use hormones,to flex their chest on the beach..... ,Respectfully.

Well from personal exp i found my own way but took me a lot of time i am 28 atm,and i think i lost many opportunities. If dad had helped a bit i would have found out how things work much younger. But that's fine though.I don't blame him.

To see things from the other side when people talk to me that i don't find interesting i reply with whatever,or keep it really brief like 1 word answer.Maybe she didn't find you interesting for some reason. Not your fault ,you may be the most interesting guy in the world she was just not into getting to know you.

Read "Fear the friend of exceptional people" by Geoff Thompson. To sum the book in one sentence. You just have to do it..

I found some forums about some exercise jelquing and stuff ,and after 1 year i saw a difference around 1,1-1,2 cm in length. It also helps with erections. The way i see it if you trully have a small cock you are still doomed it won't make much difference if you go from 6cm to 11cm.

Well i used to be brutally honest with people. But it seems most people can't really handle it -as it conflicts with their distorted perception of reality-.So i am 100% honest with people i know that can handle it,and for the rest i usually tell them something that they would like to hear.

Hey ,well i dealt with something similar but the truth is i never really cared.Well my train of thought was,"well i look like a frog, but so what? I'm still the bomb" I am a solid 6 btw -face-. Additionally reality is what it is,you see reality through your distorted lens atm,you seem to have given too much weight into the thought i have to be handsome to get women.Well in a word you indoctrinated yourself.Just start by trying to change your inner narrative.Say "i am what i am and it is enough",A…

Well, when i was in my early stages of depression a couple of years ago i had it.Basically everything in your life is ''gray'' but you still manage to go on about your life normally.Work, gym, going out etc.No suicidal thoughts, not sleeping 16 hours a day being unable to get out of bed and still be tired.Compare with yourself and judge. Hope i helped..

Well ,if you take that route,i would say get some bromazepam it's much easier to get it prescribed and i found out it helps.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I don't have a problem with rejection , i really don't care. As far as i understand i think that my problem lies with the what if scenarios that my mind makes about what will happen when i approach. (ie she will the police-i know it sound ridiculus)

My #1 issue is that my anxiety is out of control. When i try to approach people in general and more specifically girls i freeze and dont go or when i go i am blank. At some point i managed to cold approach people out of the blue (women mostly) but after a while i reverted to my old ways. I believe it has something to do with my beliefs but i don't know how to fix that. Any advice?
