Us men stay about 14 mentaly until we're 26. Women stay mentaly 18 until they're about 45.

I'm 90% sure with that last line thats a comment from a woman not a man

Men stay around 13-15 mentaly until they're 26, and then almost over night become mature adults (usually). Women have a tendency to mature to the mental age of 18 when they're about 14, but then stick there until their mid to late 40s.

Homer Simpson. We all got painted as buffoons because of the Simpsons depiction of the western modern man.

Touching. I'm in a 80% majority female workplace and I can't even tell you how many times per day I get rubbed, patted, and just generally touched. People trying to hug me all of the time too then acting like I'm the arsehole when I say no. And the female domestic staff always walk into the locker room when I'm bolock naked, getting changed from my bicycle commute. No knock, no warning, no apology. They don't even leave when I ask. If any of that was on the other foot Id be in prison

Rescued a couple of cats. Got called gay and feminine for having pet cats from men and women. Everyone wants a kind compassionate man but only it the compassion is directed in a specific way.

You can't even have a mens only online community without women, because they want to be "one of the bros" and the mods are too soft to say no because of the fantasy of having sex.

Having dating preferences. Women allover the world are asking a man over 6 feet tall. But as soon as I ask for a woman under 180lbs I'm the worst person in the world.

Come on. Most of us Internet neckbeards on reddit aren't having enough sex for it to affect us anyway. Why do you think I'm spending my Sunday morning drinking coffee and arguing with strangers?

Officially, no. In practice, yes, but the average redditor would be too intimidated to enter, in my opinion. If you want a gym without the insta-glam lifters walking around in no clothes looking for attention, validation and filming themselves, you need to find one of them dark dirty hairy smelly dungeon gyms that are covered in chalk and spit. Look for things like powerlifting or strongman gyms. Boxing or MMA gyms. The sort of gyms that have a limited social media presence and who purposely hav…

Sometimes you can't, and that's OK. Just progressively work towards who you want to be to get what you want, but remember women aren't the be all and end all.

Women having preferences and boundaries is empowering. Men having preferences and boundaries is controlling and oppressive

It's our own fault though. You can really blame women. It's the weak men who submit who are the continual problem

Men work our fingers to the bone for 40, 50, 60, 70+ hours a week for 50-60 years and beyond to support women who for the most part never work full time if at all. Women complain about the burden of raising their family and dedicating their lives to motherhood instead of a career, when in reality most of them have men grinding their bodies away to support them so they can enjoy coffee dates with their girlfriends and nice pleasant days out and walks around the park in the sunshine with their chi…

We need to convince young girls that they can aspire to more than being Instagram influencers, onlyfans "models" or finding a rich man to marry. Unfortunately when they get there, being an influencer, onlyfans creator or marrying a rich man tends to be their get out plan when stem actually gets hard. I work in a female dominated stem field that is an absolute mess right now because nobody wants to, or seems to have the ability to work, a Full 37.5 hour week letalone a longer week when things nee…

I cringe at a lot of the things men do that provide unjustified validation to women because it's their only way of any form of interaction. I cringe at the men who go out to the bar or the club and buy drinks for women who won't even look them in the eye. The men at work who make women's lives easier because she touched their arm and said please and they think they will get rewarded, when in reality all they've got now is an office brat who thinks she's got a pretty girl job and sits on her phon…

To most young women, decent isn't exiting. Decent isn't social status. If a good man fails to date in his 20s, chances are he is going to be a "retirement plan" for one of the women who chased excitement and had 3 kids before deciding to look for a decent man. A lot of good men refuse and will stay single. The problem is then, the women have hardened up from all their trauma from dating exiting men, so then expect these decent men to date them on their terms as a hard and fast rule. Add into the…

When I was young and dumb I once got begged by my friend to have sex with her. And begged to the point if she was a man she'd have been locked up for harassment. I eventually gave in, but didn't have any protection so I pulled out and shot on her back. Caught her in the bathroom scooping it off her back and fingering it inside herself. We don't talk any more.

In 2024 its go compete with 90% of other men for 10% of the women, who are outnumbered by men ~30 to one, who will walk away from you over something trivial such as you order the wrong pizza order or your favourite dog breed isn't right. And if you're lucky you might find one who doesn't expect total financial obedience and won't label everything you do as some form of abuse.

Mental how when times get hard women are submitting pretty much everything they've fought for over the last century. Fought tooth and nail to get equal job opportunities. Now being a housewife is the in thing. Fought to stop the objectification of women to the point where topless models weren't alowed in mens magazines anymore. Now onlyfans is glorified. I guarantee the return of the housewife won't be the same though. It will be just men simping to someone who sits scrolling through tik tok all…

Mate we've got a woman at my workplace who, if you pull her up on anything work related (professionalism, productivity, performance, bullying) she will accuse you of SA or SH. But it's never through official channels, its always around the gossip clique so you never have the chance to clear your name infront of judge and jury before everyone knows.

Do you think in way we're just fighting nature in a way we're not ready to yet? Men and women have different biochemistry, different physiology and unarguably are different in a neurological sense too. Neither are better or worse than others in general, but men have strengths and weaknesses. Women have strengths and weaknesses. This is reflected in traditional gender roles. Gender roles don't have to be black and white all the time. But for me I feel like People want to fight to banish tradition…

They're the sort of people who will exponentially amplify absolutely anything into a marriage ending problem. You leave the toilet seat up. She will convince your wife that you're being misogynistic. Can't pay for an expensive holiday? You don't work enough. Can pay for the expensive holiday? She'll convince her you work too much.

Most divorces I've personally experienced (parents, family, friends) have come down to another party on the woman's side, friend, sister, mother, aunt, cousin ect, being jelous and wanting to destroy the relationship. My mother openly admits she left my dad because her friend got in her head too much, and then disappeared once the divorce went through. My best female work friend has a female friend who is always telling her to leave her husband to go be single and party with her. Yet when the si…

A lot of women are already incredibly lonley but they're currently "too empowered" and too busy "slaying it" to stop and think about the fact that not settling for someone who isn't a 6 foot 3 millionaire is probably just going to result in them struggling later on in life when they've left it too late to procreate.
/r/MensRights27/12/23 05:17 PM

Yeh that's just a set of dice I'm unwilling to roll. The world is too unkind to the average man now, and there's no support for us when these sort of situations go wrong.

IMO I think the entitled single mothers of the Internet have put the Internet generations off being a step parent. The ones who demand you pay for childcare so they can date you. The ones who make out asif having children is a perk. The ones who put on their dating profile openly that they expect you to provide for several other mens children. Not all single mothers are like that, but because them people end up getting plastered around the Internet, most single mothers get lumped in the same gro…

Go to any work place and you'll get atleast one woman who doesn't have to be there because her husband earns enough for her not to work, but she just goes to work because she'd be bored otherwise. Or women who only work part time because their income is theirs to spend because their husband pays all of the bills yet still complains her husband doesn't do any housework despite spending 2 or 3 times more of his life at work. A woman really has to try hard to hit rock bottom and abandoned in this w…

Mens and womens brains are wired differently. When a woman opens up she wants you to listen and be empathetic. When a man opens up, most of the time he wants a solution to his problem. As someone who's been on the brink and hit rock bottom, talking to someone who is just going to listen and be empathetic, as much as it is appreciated, doesn't cut it.

IMO this world isn't as kind to men as it is women. Quite often if you're not in a relationship you don't have a support system. Women tend to look after and nurture eachother better where as men don't, especially if you're young. You'll probably end up quite isolated

IMO its making people constantly look for something better. Nobody is willing to settle now because you might find someone perfect in the millions of people on lottery that is tinder. The slightest imperfection and people are ghosting eachother. It's fine to know what you want and go for it, but for a lot of people that's not fine. They're complaining that they're lonley but blaming the other sex.

I feel that masculinity in the workplace is just generally looked down upon. Any jobs outside of the typically male dominated workforces don't want to employ a big bald man and instead prefer females or more feminine men.

Happened to a friend of mine. Taxi driver got accused of SA. When it went to court her friends backed my friend and admitted she'd made it up to avoid getting in trouble for not paying the fee. Absolute ass holes some people are.

Mate, being a relatively young and athletic man, I get grabbed, poked, felt, rubbed and even sometimes wanked off by the older women in the office. I'm sick of having to set boundaries and look like the ass hat telling someone to get back or not to touch me. If I behaved these women did I would have been locked up about 10 years ago.

Male suicide is higher because we're expected to work our fingers to the bone 40+ hours a week until the age of 65+ whilst a lot of our wives and girlfriends work part time or not at all. We miss out on the time with our children that they get. We miss out on activities. We're stuck in work whilst they're in the park or going for a coffee with their girlfriends. We don't get medical help because we're stuck in work. We don't get mental health help because we're stuck in work. If the family unit …

I've been plastered over the local Facebook mums groups for being a lone male in a park because someone deemed that as creepy or a threat to the children. It's a 120 acre piece of public land with gardens, a running track, sports facilities and more. There's a really small children's play area in the corner which I was nowhere near anyway. The post was "there is a man walking around the park on his own, be careful" and a picture of me walking around the running track. Fortunately it got taken do…

There's a lot of that happening now. More and more women are becoming career orientated and getting higher education and are refusing to date men without a masters degree or a professional job. And a lot still want to date a man who earns more than they do. Unfortunately educated and well paid men are a finite resource and many women are finding themselves alone and too old to have children

Men die younger because we can't get the time out of work to go see our healthcare providers. More of us work full time. Men suffer from poor mental health because we are expected to work our fingers to the bone 60 hours a week whilst a lot of our wives and girlfriends work 20 hours if at all. They may not be relaxing, but they're at home with their families, doing fun activities with our children or having coffee with their girlfriends whilst we're working in occupations which are degrading our…
