I may not be correct, but I thought incels weren't necessarily virgins? Also, isn't it a culture started and named by "incels" themselves? A culture where they actively blame women for for not liking them? So they kind of admit to not being nice. But you're right, anyone being a virgin isn't a problem!

But what's insulting there is that you're purposefully misgendering them, not the fact they're called a girl. Again, there's nothing insulting about being called a girl - it's nothing bad. So a gay man or a "fragile" male shouldn't be insulted - and if they are, they should have a think about why they think being a girl is such a bad thing?

You do know that birth control doesn't magically stop periods happening, right? Some types stop periods for some women. Some make periods much worse for some women.

Yeah but it takes around 2 tweets of average to get diagnosed with it, a lot of women are just told they have extra painful periods for a while first, so it wouldn't count as illness until it was diagnosed. Fair point about people getting injured!

The thing is, male public bathroom still have toilets, which can be used. Urinals is just an "extra" that isn't essential - they could just use the toilet. You can't just not have a period.

100% agree with you there. The money for ours goes out of our wage before we even get it, so we don't notice it's not there - we never had it, if that makes sense. And for the amount of times I've needed the doctors/hospital, I'm so thankful for the NHS

Yeah, free tampons in public bathrooms don't need to be amazing quality - same as the toilet paper there really. Just so you have something to use if needed. It's a shame about how expensive tampons/pads are really! I do wish they were seen in the same level of necessity as toilet paper, and not just a money-making scheme.

You again are generalising one group of people. I am a feminist. But I don't hate all men. And neither do my feminist friends (male and female). I can't see the difference between you saying you hate the way feminists think about men, and people who say they hate all men. Aren't both groups generalising a certain group of people? ie man-haters generalising all men, and you generalising all feminists? Why is one bad, but not the other?

I'm just checking then - forced marriage, husband stitch, child brides etc - feminists are only against them because they hate men? I don't hate men. I hate bad people - whether they are male or female or anything else. If a man is being abused or hurt in any way, I will always defend them. Most people I know will always defend the person that needs defending, regardless of gender.

As Biden said the policy is to ensure “that all students should be guaranteed an educational environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex.", I don't see how that's discriminatory to men? This policy protects men, women, and everyone else. It doesn't say "if a man is accused...". It talks about victims, whatever their gender.

Thank you for clearing it up. I understand a lot are against radical feminism - I wouldn't go around causing violence, it's never a solution. But I do believe the patriarchy exists, and I believe it's bad for men as well. I find it awful that often men can't open up about their feelings, and the whole "man up" rubbish. And I believe that is down to toxic masculinity and the patriarchy.
