Lift weights. Realize that old guy you knew is dead. Perfect time to rebuild a new you. Take all the qualities you loved about the old you and instal qualities you’ve admired about other people in the new you. You can be better, stronger, and more fulfilled.

I had a similar situation. I have been divorced 5 years and I am much happier. I found a person that is closer in drive and I feel loved. The pain I felt for years was awful but I stayed for the kids. I’m sorry you are going through this. It’s tough but for me worth it.

It took finding the right person before I came too. It messes with your head but just try and have fun.

I’m going thru the same thing my man. I haven’t stepped out but it’s been a year since we’ve been intimate. We get along for the kids but I’m starting to look forward to my new life. If you need someone to talk to let me know.

She wants your cake and to feed it to him. No way. You deserve better than that.

You don’t need to find happiness with another person. Concentrate on making your life as kick ass as possible. Become the you you’ve always wanted to be. Invest in yourself. Move at your own pace.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
