As long as he used the word in that way, sure. The point is, a speaker gets to define the sense in which they are using a word. If a second person makes a counter-argument using the word in a different sense, they are committing the fallacy of equivocation. -2	Unfortunate this is the attitude from other men. Most adults also lack the necessary judgement to consent to sex. We should just own up to it as a society that we have these laws just because we don't want our teenage children to have sex.
