I have had the impression the approaches are more carefully and forgiving towards ethic groups. Were there not sexual behaviour type education movements towards men? Would a non criminal criminal behaviour style education movement towards ethnic groups not be deeply unpleasant but seem parallel? To counter you say what is probably always in the back of many western people’s minds or subconscious... men commit more murders rapes etc and that is their fault or nature. But if you changed that to let’s say blacks people and said it, even if stats back it up, it would seem wrong or offensive.
