This seems like a good idea. While I admit I'm much more of a lurker/reader than a participant, sometimes it seems that posts on this sub stray away from core concepts of TRP. There are oftentimes more Rant/Venting and anger posts on here than there are discussions about TRP Theory, Field Reports, and RP Examples. I understand anger phase is a natural part of swallowing the pill, but with askTRP being advertised more and more for new posters/readers, those types of ranting/venting posts should b…

Good on you for cutting out what you finally realized was doing harm in your life. Better now than later. Go no contact. Re-read the sidebar if you need to. Take to the weights tomorrow after your test. Channel your anger into each and every lift, and you'll feel better leaving the gym than when you first walked in.
