Of course, we're talking about the case where it was waived (or severely limited) in the prenup. Sorry if i wasn't clear. But what is the definition of burden? If she has enough money from the divorce to live 2-3 years but she has no plans of re-entering the workforce and would eventually end up on welfare, would the judge consider it a burden to the state and enforce spousal support? Or would she tell her to get off the couch? What happens if there is still a mortgage on the house? She can't pa…

Thank you! A follow up if you don't mind. I thought you wrote somewhere else that spousal support can be waived as long as the situation would not leave her as a burden to the state. If she leaves a marriage with 200k worth of assets, but has kids, the argument that she can live off that money for 2-3 years before she needs to make money on her own is unfair? The judge can actually claim that she never needs to enter the workforce again and always be provided for? No, more like "i own half of it…

I do have a couple of questions: If you marry out of state (e.g. where my parents live, or destination wedding) does that change the state laws you need to follow, assuming you work and live in CA? Community property state, so she gets 50% of your assets. Would a judge be sympathetic with the argument "she gets lots of liquid and illiquid assets at the time of divorce, I can give her little to no alimony". Or should property division and spousal support be fair independently of each other? I kno…

blast and cruise = cruise for most of the year on a high but manageable test dose (~200mg/week) and do a few short blasts a year (~500-1000mg/week). Why do you want to be on the upper end? Even if you went from 650 to 850 you wouldn't get the same improvement a low T guy would get from 300 to 500. Are you looking to build more muscle? Work harder or blast and cruise because no doctor will ever prescribe you a TRT protocol that will markedly improve your gains. The T levels to gains ratio is not …

Why would you want TRT? By definition, TRT would bring you to T levels very close to 650ng/dl. You said it yourself, your test levels are normal. Do you have any low T symptoms? A serious doctor (the kinds that are covered by insurance, thus cheap) will never prescribe you TRT with those levels. I'd say you need to be at very least below 350 (and he's gonna retest it again to make sure). Below 300 is more likely, as docs tend to be conservative. So no, there is no cheap way. You either go to one…

Nobody thinks they're marrying a materialistic wench who will divorce them, and I don't either. Yet, a great number of couples divorce. And although my and my GF tick a few boxes that put us in a demographic statistically less likely to divorce, the number is still ridiculously high. I just want to protect myself if things go south. Getting away with the most cutthroat prenup you can enforce is in your interest. If after all your wife stays married to you... then good, her best interest is your …

do you have some good resources about prenups? I need to find out when it's worth having one. I wanna get married to my gf in a couple of years because I want to have kids, but since I'll be in california and a) she gets half my possessions obtained during the marriage anyway, no matter what is written in the prenup (go cali!) b) child support cannot be legislated through a prenup and c) i will not be particularly wealthy before I marry her (maybe 50k of assets), the cost of the prenup might be …

this works only if you assume the total amount of charitable income of US citizens is unlimited. Charity C comes up and collects 500k, donating 70k. Does this reduce the amount of money donated to A and B? In other words, are there people out there thinking "Fuck prostate cancer, I just donated X to Kony 2012 and I've got bills to pay"?

Male input: withholding sex is fine, but are you sure you are a) worth waiting and b) conveying that you like them in other ways? I've dated two girls I've had no sex with. I was crazy about the first one and devastated when she said she didn't want to date any longer (10-15 dates). The second one I got so bored and impatient I started spinning plates behind her back and dropped her without feeling any guilt (6 dates). We didn't talk about exclusivity but I was initially only dating her and cont…

lol i meant that i don't know much about secondary hypogonadism treatments because i have primary hypogonadism. by the way OP i remember seeing a thread on a forum about people claiming that finasteride permanently lowered their T levels even after they stopped taking it. does not really make sense to me, but you might wanna look into it.

No. 160 is not just a man who has lost his edge due to high bodyfat, age, unhealthy diet, inactivity, etc. He is severely hypogonadic, and must be treated for either primary hypogonadism (low test caused by busted testicles, must inject test) or secondary hypogonadism (low test caused by low LH/FSH driving the testes poorly... perhaps a clomid restart? hcg/hmg? i don't know much on the topic.).

I probably have had it for a few years, and I'm 29. You're less likely to have symptoms and doctors are less likely to treat you because you might not fall below the reference range (which is bullshit). checking it costs nothing, try and report back.

250 here. if you have 160 don't bother with any diet / test booster bullshit. I did my best to sleep well, eat well and the best result i got was 350, which made me feeling perhaps slightly better, but caused my doctor to wait more months instead of starting me on Test C right away. Back then I just broke up with my LTR, one of the reasons is that "she felt like we were only friends", my bad, when she came to visit for 3 weeks i only fucked her a couple of times. Initially i chalked it up to low…

the basic TRT dose is 100mg cyp / week (so it already includes the esther), he's on 3 times that. the reason is that he went through some naturopathic / aging clinic. they are not covered by insurance, but they don't give a fuck and prescribe whatever you tell them to.
/r/TheRedPill22/07/14 08:34 PM

Low dose my ass. He's on 300mg a week. Most people end up with decent levels at 100mg/week, with 200mg/week being the high end which already starts causing side effects (not saying that it isn't worth it, lol). I'm happy for him that he has a doctor with balls, I just started TRT on 100mg a week and I am afraid the doc will eventually tell me "see, your T levels are 600, 100mg is perfect!", but to be realistic he's probably at ~1500 so he needs to keep RBC count and triglycerides in check. sell your shitty stuff on craigslist and go to a gym where you can do serious exercises. At 17 I doubt you have the money for proper equipment upfront (squat rack, bench, olympic barbell, 400lbs of plates). Then do Starting Strength or Stronglifts. Bulk.

As I drove my son back to college last week, where he’ll take a summer chemistry course, he said something that struck me: “I believe it’s very important for everyone to be a feminist.” I'd be devastated. I was curious about which fetish you indulge in so I looked at your post history. Cuckolding is also my fetish, and now that I've internalized TRP i realized it will be almost impossible to apply it to my current LTR. If anything, I've used TRP concepts to keep a more dominant role (rougher sex and more decision-making in general) so it would be even more off frame now to tell her to fuck some random black dude while I watch. It's funny because I don't feel like I am living a lie when I am domin…

I'm pretty sure OP would like to see some scientific backing for the pair-bonding part. I've had the same question for a while. Don't hamster the lack of rigorous proof on the subject. When research supports TRP views (e.g. the study showing that women compete by being catty bitches, the one that explained the "dual mating strategy") we gladly post it here and give it weight.

Since he has not invested much in her (obviously now he knows she can be at most a plate) isn't it better to figure out if the interest is low or just "lower"? I mean, maybe she was with a higher SMV guy, but he still has a chance to get laid. Who cares if you are not her best option, the other dude won't always be around to steal yo wimmin. Trading labor for money became a time-honored tradition because you as a man have nothing else to offer. I'm planning to do that as well, it's not like I have other options. Women have vaginas. My point is that they are squandering their gift, unless they are extremely talented. the vast majority of women (and men) are not going to get interesting and well-paid jobs by focusing on their career. Especially not since the recession. As a guy with some of these fantasies (it's fucked up), it's not the first time I've heard this theory. You can search for "escalation" on yourbrainonporn.com for another explanation -- porn desensitizes you and you need stronger and stronger dopamine rushes to get off, so over the years you gravitate towards more extreme porn. I've tried nofap a year ago and it didn't really help with those fantasies (it did help a lot with self-discipline and energy though). My LTR girl is very kinky and i get…

I eat my fats, i go to the gym and i have a healthy bodyfat. I'm also using DAA (and DHEA) but i'm not sure the increase was due to sleeping/eating better or the supplements. 600 is the average for my age and includes fatties who never exercise.

I'm not sure, I think #4 was the heaviest I've ever been with. She probably was 5'7" 200. Yes it seems that long distance decreases your SMV to the point that there are more candidates for branch swinging. I found this out the hard way as well. I was in a 3 year long distance relationship with my GF. We both had low self-esteem. I was a beta and she was a fatty. But she was good to me and I am kind of a chubby chaser so it worked for me. From a purely financial perspective, abortions are a great bargain for society. They probably cost taxpayers less than 1 month of food stamps, which the single mother would end up qualifying for years to come (especially if they had no money for a privately funded abortion in the first place!).
