3	Lost my dad last night. This was the last meme he sent me yesterday. Take care of yourselves and stay positive about life. Eventually we’ll all run out of time. Speaking as someone who no longer has parents, it's a terrible feeling when they pass. It's a lot of crying and depression, feeling as though you're empty inside, you won't eat or sleep well for awhile after. You will miss them terribly and the realisation that they will never come back only makes it worse.
