I have the same thing it's called pectus excavatum I just worked out a lot gained some mass and it was partially hidden when girls see me shirtless they seem to be turned on so I'm not complaining I was insecure about it in the past because I was skinny fat and my chest looked like a fat woman but not anymore just put in the effort to build mass you should be fine it's a common genetic mutation DW
