Of course when someone suggests literally the only thing that would actually work, and one of the reasons why we're in this mess in the first place, a libertarian comes out of the woodwork and tries to convince people it's a bad idea. Happens every time without fail. If the government isn't having a say over your life, than unaccountable corporations are. There is literally no such thing as "individual freedom" in this day & age like you libertarians are constantly mentally masturbating about. I…

This is brilliant and beautiful. 😁 Well done. 👍

Rationalizing expensive cars in the name of safety really doesn't work because the increase in safety is too low to justify the additional expense. Citation needed. Sounds like total conjecture. Humans are terrible at calculating and managing risk. Agreed. For example rather than buying a fancy $40,000 new car from a financial perspective it sounds like if someone was concerned about maximizing safety they would be better off to drive as little as possible and use the savings towards airfare whe…

Nicer cars do tend to be safer than cheaper cars though. People tend to forget to take safety into account when comparing newer vs. older or expensive vs. cheap cars.

I would argue that the average car that costs $100k is probably a lot safer than the average car that costs $20k. Not suggesting that you go out and spend that much on a car, just pointing out that people tend to forget to take safety into consideration when considering newer vs. older or expensive vs. cheap cars.

It's a complete waste of time trying to convince women of anything using logical arguments. It's like squeezing a stress ball and seriously expecting it to pop. Women operate based on feeelzz (feelings) and whatever is socially popular and acceptable at any given moment in time. But unfortunately the implications of what I just said are too far outside of the "mainstream" and what we've been conditioned to believe for most men to accept.

No matter how alpha you are, if you think society or popular culture has little or no influence on a woman (or any gender for that matter), then you're either not paying attention or a fool.

Have you not been paying attention or don't have any awareness of history? I feel like the answer is fairly obvious. Depending on who you ask, you'll probably get many different variants of the same answer. In my opinion: Western men, especially American men, got a) wealthy & comfortable, which resulted in them becoming lazy and weak, and b) too ideological & caught up in their minds instead of thinking pragmatically. That allowed an opportunity for feminism and all kinds of liberal degeneracy t…

Your mistake is thinking that Leftists mean what they say or that there is some sort of logical consistency they're operating from based on what they say. This took me a while to realize, but you will always be confused or be forever trying to pick holes in their arguments until you realize that the only logical consistency that they follow is they will always do whatever hurts White people, men, Christians, straight people, etc. I really think it's a subconscious thing similar to a woman's shit…

We gave the power to them, and they're not just going to leave because we think they should. It's going to take a lot more than that, and it's not going to be pretty.

This is a nice theoretical argument, but like a lot of posts on The Red Pill you're ignoring the water you're swimming in. This philosophy is unique to the West (probably America) in [current year], where individual freedom is considered the penultimate societal virtue. You might be happy, but how long is our society in its current state really going to last? Especially if any significant number of men were to adopt the same philosophy of continuous, life-long plate spinning? Do you think a soci…

You can't just unilaterally decide to kill someone because they live in your house and you support them but you want them to leave. You can't even kick them out without going to court and when you do get them evicted they're legally entitled to a certain number of days to prepare to leave. You variously refer to a fetus as a "parasite" and a "tumor" and a "thing" but at what point do you consider the fetus an actual human being/baby? That's kinda the whole nexus of the abortion/anti-abortion d…

There are just as many insane SJWs in the open-source community as there are at Google, if not more. But, at least they don't profit off of it.

Very well said friend. It makes me feel a little bit better when I find someone who shares the same perspective as I about what's going on these days. Turning the ship around, if it's at all possible, will be the mother of all uphill battles.

"There was no recession until Obama announced it on TV" I love The Red Pill - it's an amazing resource for men, but god, people on here can be embarassingly narrow-minded and stupid sometimes. Just because your boomer Daddy, who has a vested interest in the housing market and probably thinks Obama is an evil Muslim infiltrator tells you something doesn't make it true. Try doing some research on CDOs, subprime mortgages, and mortgage-backed securities.

There's literally no point. Teen Vogue has gone full SJW. My younger sister used to get them for free and I leafed through one a few months ago when I saw it on the kitchen table. It was basically progressive feminist SJW propaganda mixed in with fashion, and I'm really not exaggerating. It was on pretty much every other page. Pretty scary to think about considering how many young girls must read it.

Never bother explaining or reasoning out such matters with women because it will never yield any fruit. Just be honest and straightforward as "I'm never getting married, period"—no explanations, no reasons given. 100%. I have to remind myself of this all the time but it really is the best thing to do. You've already lost if you've fallen into the trap of explaining your reasoning.

Funny, in New Zealand, which you mentioned in your post, a study was done recently and found that, on the whole, women pay NO taxes: http://judgybitch.com/2016/08/16/reblog-research-find-that-as-a-group-only-men-pay-tax/

Exactly. And how common is it for women to say things like "Omg, I would let Brad Pitt (or other celebrity or famous musician) do whatever he wants to me"? But when a man turns it around and says the exact same thing there is widespread outrage?!?!?! Da fuq? The cognitive dissonance required is truly astounding.
