That’s the most succinct way to put it

So from your point of view, the 6 figure earning, kickboxing, muscular and career-focused guy who has poor rizz is less of a man than the broke unemployed twink fuckboy who has unlimited godly rizz.

I myself have crippling approach anxiety and always expect the worst when it comes to approaching a girl whether it’s in person or on social media. It transcends beyond girls of whom are strangers towards girls of whom I have good relations with that I’ve known for years and went to high school with. For some reason I struggle so much to put myself out there cause I’ve been shamed in the past for trying and being awkward. Hence there’s this strong inner critic that’s an inhibiting force.

Oppenheimer was described as a womaniser/rizzler later on in life even though during college/university, he had zero experience with women with his friends saying they never recalled him ever taking someone on a date. As written in American Prometheus, at 21 he was completely at a loss about his sex life. All I’m saying is your point of view is a little dogmatic. People can change any time and some people as odd as it may seem actually do find better success after college. There are ways to rizz…

So whether one is a player or not is purely dependent on high school/college experience and if you miss the boat you’re shit out of luck and have no chance whatsoever? Care to elaborate though? Because I’m sure one can still learn the art of rizz without partying until 3am 4 times a week. That’s a pretty narrow minded and dogmatic point of view. Unless of course this comment was a sarcastic shitpost.

I certainly know the feeling. The feeling of being “nothing special” in the eyes of girls. I’ve always felt that no matter how much I dedicated to being the best version of myself, I’m still “nothing special” in comparison to their abundance of options. It’s as though I have to strive to attain pure perfection to have a chance of being noticed.

Really? Because facial expressions and tone of voice can be misleading af. Heartbeats never lie.
/r/seduction09/06/24 11:17 AM

It’s for scenarios like this in which I wish I had the ability to hear heartbeats. No matter how good one claims to be able to “read” people, it will never be as good as hearing a heartbeat and knowing the truth. No matter how good one claims to be able to “read” someone, only by hearing someone’s heartbeats can you tell if the affection they feel for you is genuine or faked.

Some people aren’t naturals and some are. Some people are awkward when it comes to “talking to people with intimacy in mind” cause they feel awkward doing it. But when you comprehend social dynamics it makes it a little easier for those who aren’t “naturals”.

At least when you know the theory of it, you have a better understanding of what you did right and wrong. What you described is like going into an exam without studying.

Damn all four years of uni and no play. Tbf though I put in zero effort the past few years in trying and have been constantly grappling with crippling approach anxiety. This is my last year so the clock is ticking with roughly 6 months left. As someone who never got none during uni, am I gonna have a hopeless fuck ton harder time trying to meet women upon graduating?

It’s factors like these that may give one the idea that for women to be interested in you, you have to attain absolute perfection to at least stand out amongst your competition. And if you don’t, you’re just “nothing special”.

I struggle with this as well. Escalation has always been my biggest fear due to the consequences of a failed escalation being far worse than a failed approach. Is there anything I can do that will make it more likely that she will positively reciprocate my attempts for a make out? Any key words or moves that will make her want me more?

I got no problem talking to and charming girls at parties and getting their Insta. Following up though is the problem. Unfortunately with girls getting bombarded with dozens to hundreds of messages daily, ultimately my efforts to reach her are in vain as I become “nothing special” amongst my competition. For the most part when I try to message a girl on Insta, my message almost always gets ghosted or I have to suffer the longest waits between responses (often 10 hours plus). And my openers aren’…

I’m 5’10 (5’11 with Air Force Ones or RM Williams) which is an inch above average in Australia. I’m not short but I’m not tall either. However all my friends are super tall with them all being 6’3 and above so it makes me come off as short. I’m also Asian but I don’t know exactly how much race impacts attractiveness. But it feels like when im with them, I’m Batman amongst the Justice League. I’m a human amongst superhumans. I do sometimes doubt myself due to having never gotten female attention …

You don’t know me. I’ve built a Greek god physique many people around me aspire to have. Have developed charm and humour and have been able to bond well with girls I meet at parties. I know how to flatter and I have also been able to make girls laugh. I don’t make this up as this is verified by wing man. And finally I always dress to impress and practice skin care and self maintenance like Patrick Bateman (though not as dramatic). And I’ve been told by many external sources I’m handsome as fuck …

Be very wary doing this. The only way that this becomes safe is if you blind yourself with radioactive chemicals giving you super senses that allow you to listen to heartbeats. Only by knowing exactly how a girl is feeling would I feel confident to even consider flirting with her in a gym setting. Especially with the saying of never shitting where you eat.

When sober, I can be very awkward due to me overanalysing my performance and feeling compelled to come off “cool as fuck”. With at least a dose of liquid courage like just one pint or a glass of whiskey, something just unlocks. I stop overthinking, I flow and I do amazing. I’m not so on edge about my performance.
/r/seduction15/03/24 02:08 AM

It’s a term that originated from “across the spider-verse”. A canon event is something so crucial to the development of a person’s identity that it happens to every version of you in every universe. In other words, a canon event is unavoidable and critical to character development.

It’s for both reasons that I wish I had Daredevil’s ability to hear people’s heartbeats. Helps anticipate action and allows you to plan your next move better. Sometimes you wanna make a move but there’s always that hovering feeling of uncertainty holding you back cause signs can easily be misinterpreted.
/r/seduction12/02/24 11:00 PM

There are two actions I consider making a move: approaching and escalating (the latter of which seems fucking terrifying for me to do due to the consequences of a failed escalation being way worse than a failed approach).

“You can lift the stone without being prepared for the snake that lies underneath”. Sometimes when we make a move, we aren’t prepared for the consequences that follow. If it goes badly, then of course it’ll hit hard. And of course, the potential outcome of getting “metooed” and being embarrassed in front of a crowd but chances of that happening are near zero. Though zero would definitely be nice. If it goes well, sometimes people find it hard to process thinking “I never thought I’d make it this…

I feel you. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. I’ve lookmaxed and even by told by a mate that genetically, I have a 1 in a million physique with perfect proportions. At this party I was at on the weekend, I received a cheek kiss by the birthday girl for making her a napkin rose and even been called “handsome” by one of her friends. Biggest thing I struggle with is actually putting myself out there. I rarely ever text girls and always wish they…

“Literally Me” movies are certain movies in which individuals relate to characters shown with redeemable qualities. These characters are often portrayed by Ryan Gosling (The Driver from Drive and Officer K from Blade Runner 2049) and are often social outsiders. It’s a meme and shouldn’t be taken too seriously however I relate strongly to Driver and Officer K.

The glasses you pick can make a big difference in your appearance. Pick the ones that suit your face shape. If you want something fashionable, try wearing Oliver People’s glasses like what Patrick Bateman wears in American Psycho. I always wear glasses at uni and contacts on nights out.

I have terrible anxiety in the presence of girls out of my league. Heart starts beating so hard and I start talking like Robert Pattinson during his interviews. Even though people tell me I’m handsome (guys and girls alike), I have terrible verbal game and I’m always panicking shit tons on the inside when making the first move.

From what I’ve witnessed when I’ve been to nightclubs, if you’re a devilishly handsome pretty boy, you don’t even have to say much. You just dance with her and she’s down to hook up. Note: I’m referring to a friend of mine. Can’t really say much in a nightclub with the loud af music.
