I've paid anywhere from $0 to $50 depending on what my income was at the time. If you can sneak away a few bucks a week saying you bought food or something you can use that. If you have any money at all, schools that teach therapists (most universities, many colleges, etc.) offer low cost services and you don't need insurance or permission.
