Women are attracted to assholes, in general. To what degree does this matter when the asshole reveals himself to be stupid and dumb?Very useful! so, basically, if you are willing to fuck her and show her that, it should be more important than any other thing? | /r/askTRP | 04/07/16 05:14 PM
She has a boyfriend but she's giving me a lot of mixed signals. If she seems happy with both of us, does it mean something or she's just toying with me?Yeah, that's what I figured. I don't think I'll let her orbit my ass around her though :) | /r/askTRP | 02/06/16 07:09 PM
She has a boyfriend but she's giving me a lot of mixed signals. If she seems happy with both of us, does it mean something or she's just toying with me?Sorry for the lack of details. The point is, we have things in common and she's kind of flirty, when she's comfortable. I'm very outgoing with girls so they know they can flirt. Now, where's the line between friendly flirting or something else is what I'm having trouble with. In this case though, she's already in a relationship but gives off positive signals (flirting, touching, laughing at every joke, etc) and still puts the breaks on front (mentioning she has a boyfriend multiple times, or try… | /r/askTRP | 02/06/16 05:10 PM
She has a boyfriend but she's giving me a lot of mixed signals. If she seems happy with both of us, does it mean something or she's just toying with me?This is what was bugging me. I am myself, and I act like this in general. In this case it had the desired effect, the only problem is that, while she reciprocates or seems into me one moment, she pulls out the boyfriend card every now and then to put me in check (at least that's my interpretation). My behavior doesn't change, this is her pushing in and pulling out, so to speak. | /r/askTRP | 02/06/16 05:59 AM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?Stop worrying about your image. Part of doing things right is not letting ANYONE else impact how you feel about yourself. I understand. I'll stop thinking about this crap then. It honestly sounds like the girls in your locations have you all wrapped up performing for them Probably, I haven't really done anything to impress them in particular until now. This all stuff these guys have been saying around about me since I decided to change my behavior. So, in the end, it's them trying to perform, th… | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 05:50 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?On the plus side, girls can see through that sort of behaviour easily. The cutting down others behaviour isn't nearly as effective as AMOGs would like That's what I was worried about. Given what some of my guy friends tell me, girls laugh when a guy like this tries to fuck with my image. They react very well to mine also, but they having fun when a guy shits on my image made me doubt a little. If he says you're just showing off, agree and amplify. I wasn't clear, sorry about that. What I meant w… | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 05:34 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy? Thanks man, I'll follow up on the AMOGging issue. No, not bars. I've notice this behavior in my everyday life. For example, in my university or at work, both places packed with women actually. On one hand, my boost in confidence and my energy levels are allowing me to do stuff that puts me way ahead of the others, in many aspects. But, on the downside, I regularly find out other guys criticize me or shit on me and my behavior, for no reason other than it bothers them. One of them, for example, j… | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 05:15 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?Me today: You should dump your boyfriend - starts crushing on me Ok, I may not be there yet, but that is worth any superpower! | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:48 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?Do stuff I would be embarrassed of doing before. Say things I would say for fear of being wrong. Body language, not being scared of getting close to people, looking them in the eye, etc. | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:46 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?I noticed this too. I can get away with pretty much anything by acting however I want. However, I also noticed that while this is true in general, there's also an increase in the "beta shit" sector, if you know what I mean. How dangerous are these idiots, really? Because for what I'm seeing in my everyday life, those confident enough to have no issues with me, while those with some sort of insecurity or miserable life have increased their bashing towards me. Still talking guys, mostly. Is this r… | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:45 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?I'm working on it. Thanks! | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:39 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy? This seems to be right on point. I'm noticing more aggression from other guys towards me. Or sometimes they just try to make me look bad or point to my flaws, even when I don't care about them. As long as there are women around, they'll try to make me look bad. Follow up: I treat them as shit tests. But how much can my reputation take of me being confident and myself and guys smashing on me when I'm not around? | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:38 PM
I noticed that just by acting confident girls are paying much more attention to me than before. Is it really that easy?Nice! Thanks! And one question though: I'm also noticing more animosity from other guys. I noticed many of them like to target me more and make themselves "look better" by pointing out my flaws. Any tips there? The reason I ask is that women see both me and these guys, so they get both perspectives. | /r/askTRP | 21/05/16 02:27 PM
Is it that bad to shutdown a pre-established AMOG in a group of friends? Is this still valid if the other person strats insulting you just because you are ignoring him? | /r/askTRP | 10/04/16 02:22 PM
Is this what happens when you get AMOGed, belittled or the butt of every joke in a pre-established group of people? Thanks man. As you said, the stress-free way to deal with this is not always a possibility. Not because the situation is hard or whatever, but because in that very moment the feeling of inferiority overcomes me and fu*, I feel like crap... | /r/askTRP | 30/01/16 05:12 PM
What to do when you are basically ignored by the person who AMOGs you but you get AMOGed the same?Man, I get your point. But the problem is HE IS THE ONLY ONE antagonizing. While the others actually dismiss him when he does this to them, I just can't stand it. It's always like this: 1) I'll have fun about something stupid I did or said, 2) He will say that's because I'm an idiot, in a non joking way of course. 3) I will still laugh or freeze, depending on the moment... 4) He will look to those near him and repeat what an idiot I am for doing or saying what I said... the point is, I know I'm … | /r/askTRP | 30/01/16 05:10 PM
Omega before AlphaI'm not an expert but usually if everyone is doing that to you the there's probably something off in your behavior. The "haters gonna hate" usually applies when they are not everyone. If everyone is after you then you either: a) are behaving in a fucked up way and don't realize it, or b) you are behaving in a fucked up way and you realize it and you just don't care. True "don't give a fuck" people don't really give a fuck. When you act with true confident you'll have some idiots pushing you down… | /r/askTRP | 27/01/16 09:42 PM
Why does acting like a "jerk" work for alpha males but not nice guys?Maybe it's just me, but I try not to act like a jerk to anyone. Putting people down is something insecure people do to make themselves feel better. It's just generally negative and not my style. Teasing someone is something entirely different. Teasing is done with an underlying warmth for another person. This is so true. For example, in my case, I know a guy (we don't like each other) who won't tease me and can't put me down as I can easily dismiss what he says. How does he deal with it? He trie… | /r/askTRP | 27/01/16 07:48 AM
Why does acting like a "jerk" work for alpha males but not nice guys? You can call anyone an asshole/ugly/etc and get away with it, as long as you come off "playful" and obviously cheeky about it, and do it the right way. This here. In my case, this behavior is being used by a guy who I'm not friends with just to insult me, almost constantly. | /r/askTRP | 27/01/16 07:30 AM
Is this what happens when you get AMOGed, belittled or the butt of every joke in a pre-established group of people?I get your point. But imagine this is constant or at least happens very often, always in the same context. What would you do in this particular case? Laughing everything off has the risk of becoming the joke of the group unless it's done carefully, am I wrong? | /r/askTRP | 25/01/16 12:32 PM
| -1 | Is this what happens when you get AMOGed, belittled or the butt of every joke in a pre-established group of people?I agree, it sounded a bit too defensive. But I prefer mocking in return than reacting angrily or showing I'm offended. | /r/askTRP | 24/01/16 08:23 PM |
I've started to consistently become the butt of jokes among a small group of friends. How do I change the dynamics here?I agree with @Rasalom72. Look, sometimes it's not that you get hurt by the mocking but you realize it's putting you in a bad position because people are having fun at your expense. This is important. You need to realize if the insults actually hurt you personally or not. 1) If they hurt you personally, the you need to deal with your self esteem. 2) If they don't hurt you personally, then it's all about your ego/position within the group. Basically, you realize how the others see you when this ha… | /r/askTRP | 24/01/16 12:36 PM
Targeting the AMOGbeing firm with men doesn't work. it works with women cause the sense they get is you'll walk away if they don't listen. men don't give a shit if you walk away? especially if it's in the context of you trying to control them. This is true. Look, if there's something I enjoy is when you have a guy trying to be firm with a girl when he has not particular title (husband, boyfriend, etc) by rising his voice, imposing body language, put her on the spot in front of others, etc. And I can just tell the… | /r/askTRP | 24/01/16 12:05 PM
Targeting the AMOGI agree with @SarsaparillaCorona. I think the problem is your sense of entitlement. If I got pulled aside by the "leader" then I'll just mock him the same way... who is he to tell me how to act? Why do you want his respect? Besides, if he AMOGs you and you are the "alpha" here, then that's power to him. You trying to make him stop? That's even better for him. If you don't like his company, then don't hang out. | /r/askTRP | 24/01/16 11:55 AM
Is it that bad to shutdown a pre-established AMOG in a group of friends?I like the group and part of us work together so I cant really not see them. And thats besides the point, are you telling me I shouldnt hang out with a nice group of people because one of them doesnt like me? Not the best way to go theough life, in my opinion... There is some jelousy and some threat in my opinion. Remem er, we are not talking about making fun of people here, I'm talking about targeting someone and trying to get others to drop him or her. | /r/askTRP | 19/01/16 12:21 PM
