100	Beneficial equality. A LOT of people dont like to acknowledge how shitty 50+ hours are. Especially when you work salary and dont make overtime. You lose your hobbies with your freetime. Motivation to stay in shape goes out the window as you eat takeout more often and are too tired to workout and just go to sleep.
