9	Feel like I completely messed up my social skills during lockdown. Those who did but got better gradually what did you do? How did you develop that 'dont give a fuck about anythhing' attitude. A lot of that “don’t give a fuck” attitude comes from a sense of confidence you can get that from working out (body confidence) I spoke to some friends and they told me that faking it until we make it is also a good strategy. Faking a sense of confidence to give an air of confidence to yourself.
