Luckily, most of the tumblr-isms probably stay restricted to tumblr. If someone used those saying / terms / arguments in real life they'd rightfully be laughed at and humiliated. Internet slang is for the internet, and it's pretty rare that they make it into real life. Hopefully the younger generations follow this rule or we're truly lost as a species.

Yeah I felt really sorry for him throughout the whole video. He even apologized at the end for his bad language so polite :( this dude handled it very well and even the little rage out at the end was pretty chilled. The strongest word he used was bitch which for most of us is just a casual word.
