I've heard it originates from Japan, parents telling their kids that they will become wizards if they don't have sex by 30 to encourage abstinence. I'd always thought the joke was that they train their mind so well by not "being clouded by sex" that they reach enlightenment and can harness magical powers

I don't know if you're being serious but just in case you are then it doesn't have anything to do with Harry Potter. It comes from an old meme that if you reach the age of 30 and are still a virgin you become a wizard. OP made a joke that he isn't going to hogwarts, which is the school for wizards in Harry Potter. Basically he won't be a virgin at 30, so won't become a wizard so won't attend the famous wizard school. "Wizard at 24" is just misunderstanding the joke and applying it wrong

What you're thinking of is called Conversational or Covert Hypnosis. It's about as legitimate as a working practice as NLP - not particularly at all. It's mostly about using your tone of voice in a more relaxed manner. It's very popular to be marketed as a sales boosting technique, but in reality you're probably better off learning the How To Win Friends And Influence People type of etiquette. As for standard Hypnosis, it can be a good demonstrator of value but there really is little point learn…

I don't generally agree with everything he says, but Julian Blanc defined game as "the never ending journey of making yourself more attractive as a man, and getting women as a byproduct of that" which is think is pretty spot on

First of all, check out the DiCarlo escalation ladder. There should be a simplified version of it floating around seddit. Second, be physical from the very start. Don't become physical midway through. Introduce yourself with a handshake, a hug. Put your hand on her forearm while you talk (only for a few seconds at a time). If you do it from the start, it's normal. If you do it 20 minutes in, it's weird. Third, remember that there are always other girls if things go south. You don't lose anything…
