Electrolytes can get messed up say after heavy workout in the summer and still be fine tomorrow morning when you do the test.

Good luck doing a blood test for electrolytes on an afternoon at the beach not fasted.

It is too open question man. One thing that ISN'T detected on blood tests is electrolyte levels. After hard training or in summer (or both) I need electrolytes to continue functioning normally.

though I’ve gotten bigger and stronger people are even more dismissive of my accomplishments This may happen when it is the same people that have seen in your lesser past. But new people won't know your past history and judge more your present self.

I have never in my life been fat (max I've been 85kg when I injured my leg and couldn't walk for 2 weeks at 1.84cm). Even taking anti-psychotics & gouging on carbs at the same time. You go too soon on conclusions.

I don't have mental issues, obesity, nor diabetes. Good for you. But what % of the population does have ?

No other diet has been found to help in mental issues (epilepsy, bipolar, depression, schizophrenia) like keto (carnivore is a subset of keto).

I don't know about living longer. But living healthier, yes, it's better.

I believe at a minimum his diet is wrong (too much carbs). Doing a high-fat carnivore or keto diet will be better short/long term.

So I made the assumption that he should read the subreddit that I mentioned, and if he saw the symptoms, then he needs a good therapist. Many things in life you cannot do it yourself, example would be boxing, you need a trainer, unless you're Bruce Lee or some shit.

You have no fucking idea what the fuck you're talking about. Work in a clinic and feel free to meet or treat people with cptsd/npd/bpd for a couple of years, mainly personality disorders that have no meds, and you will witness horror. Befriend a therapist and ask him: where do you forward your very hard cases?. Thats who op should go to.

So what are some tips and strategies that helped you all bros? Check out /r /cptsd. You need a therapist that has a PHD and is specialized in cptsd/bpd/npd/autism, meaning not fresh out of school but has work history on hard cases.

Read on "borderline personality disroder" and see if she matches.

In my profile, in my latest comments, you will see a link to "Bipolar Best Practices" or Patient Sacred Rules ((search for "best practices") because I can't post the link here). Are you already following most of those rules?

You're not too late. Look into insulin resistance though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-lmYCqjtmg

Women after the wall are just as invisible as the average man. Was reading a horror comment of a woman that after menopause she was invisible and was devastated.

Now how does these older women end up finding commitment despite their old age? Because there aren't 20/30 year olds for everybody?

This is all BPD, nothing about ugly. Though ugly BPD is worse.

Never the answer. There are some things you can't fix otherwise. See BD, CPTSD, etc. Gym and steak is way better for the vast majority people. These are for everyone (I also do them). But sometimes not enough when you have serious issues.

You might need therapy bro.

They will both suffer a lot if they don't get professional help (cant fix bpd/npd yourself). Especially the kid too. Hell, you too.

. I'm 30 and over it. What a fucking idiot. 30 is usually the highest peak of males. Still young but also experienced. It's like a girl giving up when she's 20.

Because the guys want to fuck them. And when you're the pro dancer, id bet its mostly because you want to fuck. Usually the very sexy girls dont dance at all, the dont need to. Source: bachata/kizomba is even worse.

you're just suffering from a type of artificially induced bipolar disorder That's not how bipolar disorder works. I agree with the rest of the post though.

I had a troubled Mom, and very much want to save people. Have you thought to try to fix this ? If yes, how ?
/r/TheRedPill31/07/21 07:55 PM

Nah. Doing a keto diet (high fat, low carb) is one of the best ways to lose weight. Doing a carnivore diet (high fat, medium protein, 0 carb) is an even better one.

Explain ?
/r/askTRP09/06/21 03:14 PM

Yeah, no. There are levels in trauma and levels of recovery. Try getting a lifetime personality/mental disorder from trauma and have fun managing it.

Which I would then always either threaten to leave, leave, or tell her to leave. A temporary solution. Even though she knew I would, had, and did... She knew I loved that tight Eurasian pussy-because I was weak. Threatening to leave is absolute horror for any person with BPD.

Try to get a personal trainer before going roids. Maybe you're missing something.

... how do you know she's BPD ? One/only symptom is intense new relationships but you didn't show any other.

I would go with wrestling. If you also lift heavy weights, meaning increasing your weight too, then it's better. Don't do things that don't live sparr. And don't go to gyms were there aren't active fighters. Try to train in the fighters class.

they mostly have BPD like symptoms Is this far reaching ? Why does a whole country have more BPD symptoms ?

It's insane. Try to do the keto diet and see that you can't buy anything.

Why would I go to therapy if I know therapists are full of shit? Maybe there's a small chance that you are wrong ?
/r/TheRedPill02/01/21 03:04 PM

Not those that really rare. NPD always think they're extremely good. Nothing wrong with them. Never go to therapy (may go for something else and find out). etc

What do you mean ? The male friends ?

Nah, too soon. Maybe try a psychologist ? You know in the back of your mind it's not ok even though you write differently.

It's extremely rare to think like this. Are you asexual ?
/r/TheRedPill11/11/20 05:32 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
