I'm sure you can use google. The reason for unreported abuse is the same for everyone, regardless of gender. It's naive to think that every abuse is reported...

However, many victims are reluctant to report abuse because they do not want to be re-victimized (which is often how it feels to have to retell the experience over and over again for the police and in court). They often also fear they will not be believed, not be support and be treated differently if people know they have been sexually abused. Source

Probably because it's far more prevalent issue: Per Paul Hengstrom's years of research, 95% of abuse is of women by men. Only a small percentage of women abuse men, from 1% to 5%, but that is limited to verbal abuse.
