2	How to deal with ex’s shit talking. Sadly fathers have no rights and the mother needs to practically be a crack whore to lose primary. I grit my teeth and smile, pay my CS on time and document everything. My son lived with me most of 2017, 207 documented days/nights. 3	Custody Issue Document everything, fast track a temporary custody hearing and try to get along with her. I’m a great dad and do everything you have been doing but they wouldn’t grant joint custody because we don’t get along. Bite your tongue but be in you daughters life as much as possible.
