Often the tools needed to safely do circumcisions aren't available in all parts of Africa, ie sterilized razor blades and antibiotics, so many circumcisions are done in non-ideal conditions, think reused scalpels/razor blades, or worse, flint stones. AFAIK the news of the studies showing small reductions of HIV rates increases the number of circumcisions done with reused and non-sterilized tools, etc. It's not a stretch to think that this could lead to an increase in stds, the same has happened …

Vänsterpartiet seems to be way more feminist than other swedish parties, to the point where it's bordering female supremacy. I watched Birds of Prey recently, it was alright. I was a bit worried about it going into "men bad" territory but I don't think it ever did. Not really a spoiler but I'm marking it either way since the movie is so recent: the movie goes a bit into how Harley Quinn was somewhat oblivious to the protection she was receiving from the Joker, and how she didn't really connect the dots that everyone would go after her for revenge, before breaking up with him.
