1	Help Bros Hey man. I was diagnosed bipolar 2 years ago. Do not take the meds, they just make you stupid and foggy. I stopped listening to the docs and started my own investigations about my brain chemistry. For starters, take supplements of DLPA and 5-HTP. Those will help you produce enough dopamine and serotonine to stay through the phases. The meds just mess with you and keep you down, those two will just enable your body to make what he needs.
