Almost all the discourse from men revolves around them voluntarily checking out of dating and choosing to live life solo, while women take to the internet to complain about the dating pool, and "there are no good men left". Why is this now man's problem to fix when they are content not being involved at all?

When we do, all the women holler about the ‘patriarchy’ and demand that we support them as well.

Your typical idea of equality is supplemented by value being extracted by men. In America, men pay more income tax, even tho the benefits from the social programs skew towards women. We are frequently passed up in the hiring/promotion process for women who may/not be more qualified. Women are prioritized for secondary education, housing, and business grants, while men have an uphill battle.

I’ve had women pull pepper spray on me when I’ve simply been walking in their vicinity with my headphones in. So no, I don’t approach random women

There might be a correlation here with the ‘problem’, and it doesn’t seem to be a lack of ‘good men’
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/23 01:18 PM

The article is clearly arguing that the sole problem is that there isn’t any ‘good men’?

Not trying to be negative or anything here; I've seen your other replies in this thread and I think they are very well put together. However, when you say 'finding these men' that fit your description, how exactly are you 'finding' them? Are you physically taking the initiative and approaching, or are you waiting to be approached? Do you meet them via friend groups (as many men are suggested) or seek out complete strangers in "Everyday life"?

Not dismissing what your saying, because it’s truthful. However, men aren’t offered these opportunities to open up, like you assume. Often, in male friend groups, opening up will lead to either be outcasted, or at least looked down upon. In addition, most boys aren’t offered the same emotional support from parents that girls are. We are told to ‘stop crying or whining’ and just move on. Therapy is a growing option for men, which is good, but once again we experience dismissal from this system. P…

Good! I’ve found that most people, regardless of gender, who think the other should make the first move, rarely do. Seems very hypocritical

So, in your words, the most valuable thing a woman has is her sexual organs?

Thats not how it works lmao. Something of value is typically definable as to what sets it apart (ie: high value) compared to the others

At least in America, the goods and services we expect from government expenditure of tax wages promote social benefits and usually have high moral standing. So yes, we expect goods/services, but they must be within the moral guidelines set by the society in which they service and usually have some social benefit.

The most attention I get from women at bars is when I wear my cowboy hat out... they can't keep their hands off of it

Ummmm This is textbook emotional manipulation, bro. Getting a girl to connect with you via emotional distress is pretty fucked up, especially if your just doing it to hu. If you're looking to play the emotional connection route, it's better to connect on something on the happier side of the emotional spectrum. Things like desires, aspirations, and dreams can have a similar effect. Talking deeper than surface-level answers here. Plus, she isn't subconsciously associating you with negative emotion…
