My ex did the same. I gave away almost all of our mutual friends. She even tried to tell our adult kids some fucked up shit. My daughter asked me if I wanted to know what she had said. I refused to hear it and my daughter said it was bad lies. Both of my kids know that my ex is a nut job.

It's true. Just give yourself some time. Its such a relief after a while. I took up running after i divorced. You have to do it alone and have to focus on your progress. Next thing I knew, I was was running 5k runs with my adult kids. My life has so much improved after I left. I didn't know about red pill or MGTOW yet either. Dang if i knew about this stuff back then, it would have been so much easier. Anyway, hang in there.

I'm doing keto now and i refuse to stop now. I've lost 25 lbs ny doing keto and OMAD since Thanksgiving. Five more pounds to go. I've got the willpower to do it. I lost 100 lbs 5 years ago by starvation diet and then just eat less and mostly give up junk food.
