While this may be helpful to some people, don't think that you're less attractive if you don't have visible abs, let alone the "V-taper". If a girl is in a position where she gets to see me without a shirt, chances are she's already in my bedroom anyway. In fact, one of my friends is super obsessed with having six-pack abs, because he thinks that will make him more attractive to girls. He's the only one in my friend group with clearly visible abs - he's also the only one who's still a virgin.
