I couldn't really say who in the trans community is discriminated against most, but ITT everyone is talking about feminism and discrimination against women. The response in the photo saying "So as a guy, I can't wear what I want" is stupid because the point of the post is that male transvestites should be able to wear whatever they want. That statute was created to prevent discrimination in the renting or sale of real estate. Otherwise saying "If you don't stop cheating on your wife, I'm going to tell her" would be a crime. People have been saying this all over reddit. It does NOT meet the elements of 18 USC § 873 (federal blackmail law). 1) Blackmail requires payment of money or property to the person who is threatening to release the information. 1	Can we discuss this [Slutwalk 2xc crosspost]? Rape doesn't require force, it requires a lack of consent. People who are black-out drunk cannot legally consent. That applies to men and women equally.
