I think they are saying the pre-emptive banning is the psychopathic part. Not banning in general for specific offenses.

She's the highest paid by quite a bit. She makes about 47 Million a year. Other top earners make 25-30 million a year. She's on everyday so her amount per episode is lower than some but as far total compensation she has been the biggest for awhile.

While there isn't anything wrong with sex, there are many things that are better to introduce to people after a certain age for a variety of reasons.

There may be extenuating circumstances/complicatins but most people are back to normal activities after 2 weeks. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/cesarean-section-topic-overview?page=2 I'm not opposed to twelve weeks for mothers, I just would like to see the same for fathers. My feminist nature kicking in I guess.

The 12 weeks definitely isn't for recovery though. There are very few medical procedures that take that long to recover from. It's ostensibly a time for the mother to enjoy the time with her new child.
