it takes some dedication and mindfulness. A lot of people don't realize that ... I certainly didn't earlier in life. Live and learn! Same here. It's so messed up that the image of this place is of "Stepford Wives". I guess if all you're familiar with is the male-oriented Red Pill subs, you could be forgiven for thinking it's about misogyny. But I come here and for the most part what I see are sober, thoughtful, and compassionate reflections on what relationships and men and women are really like…

Thank you for this empathy. This is a huge part of why my last relationship ended - every single day I had to support her emotionally. It is taxing, difficult work for men (in a way I don't think women will ever understand), but I sucked it up and did it with a smile because that's what my partner needed and wanted. She never cared that she was neglecting my needs, until the day I broke up with her. I'm still amazed at how quickly her offended attitude took a 180 the instant that her selfish beh…

did you expressly say that it makes you feel useless? He could very well be thinking that you just don't like him playing them so much, not that you feel like you're being replaced. This sounds like good advice. Suggesting an outing isn't a bad idea either! Warning: do not attempt to replace a man's video game hobby with a zumba class :D

It's like I want my boyfriend (who is a Sigma) to be a more complex human than just a base male who responds to simple RP tools. I also find myself doubting the strength of our bond if all it takes to make him "love me more" or "desire me more" boils down to these simple actions. Don't buy too hard into the "men are simple" interpretation of this. Maybe we are. But the lesson you should be learning is that men don't appreciate their partner turning their relationship into one giant, ongoing test…

Men also do this, by the way, just less or in other ways. Is that true? Any examples come to mind?

I enjoy being sexually submissive As a (sensitive, considerate) sexual dominant, the most important things you can do are to tell me what you are into, and give me permission. Communicate with your partner and share what you like and don't like and ask them to do the same. By far the #1 problem I've had with partners in the past is that there is a gulf between what they say they want and how they react when I act on their cue. We're not mind readers and ultimately you are responsible for your ow…

I do wonder if guys like it if you do it absolutely all the time, though. Won't he get tired of all the deciding all the time? As a guy, the only thing I get tired of is the pressure to act in ways that won't put me in the doghouse. The constant feeling that we're teetering on the edge of a "problem" and that all I have to do is fuck up and I'll hear about it. I'm more than happy to take the lead, and to take my partner's wants and needs into consideration while doing so. That gets old if, when …

Good for you! I say go for it, too. I was worried... because I don't know for sure that he likes me back Heheh as a man, I envy your innocence! :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
