1	It finally happened. I just realized she is covered in tattoos, many of them stick and pokes. I will be going to the court house directly from work where I am required to dress nice. 1	It finally happened. This is the type of advice I am looking for. Unfortunately I do not have receipts for my glasses or the guitar that was smashed. I do have my glasses but I don't think they would do me much good. I plan on addressing the fact that the police had been called before and found no evidence of abuse on my part. 21	It finally happened. I was told they do not offer legal assistance when dealing with PFAs. I asked if I was to attempt to represent myself on Friday and the woman told me yes. I am nervous. 5	It finally happened. Hey Always_Doubtful who in my city should I contact for something like this? I DO want to clear up that I'm not disabled or looking to use that angle to my advantage. I AM however recovering from a severe injury to my foot last spring. It was run over by a van. I am still in physical therapy. Walking long distances is rough. 38	It finally happened. There was a report filed but physical abuse was not noted. I saw the sheet myself. I have evidence of extensive property damage. She smashed my glasses a while back and took a hammer to the guitar I got for my 17th birthday. Should I use these as evidence or attempt to press charges? 7	It finally happened. Best case scenario - the judge throws the PFA out on Friday, wipes my record clean, punishes my ex for conspiring then allows me to enter the house I pay for without police supervision. Obviously I will not be staying there. I could be out of that house in a week. At this point I'm willing to stay in a basement/living room if I have to. I fear for my life and reputation as well. 62	It finally happened. I've never pressed charges before. I didn't want to deal with the courts. I thought it was impossible to eveict someone with no evidence of physical harm so I would be okay for a month or two until I found a place to live. I regret all of that now.
