Thus a woman must be more selective when choosing mates. Men are expendable to society. This is why men are evaluated based on their accomplishments moreso than women. (Australia) So if an employer is looking to hire 1 new employee and he has both a male and a female candidate with otherwise equal qualifications, why on Earth would he be inclined to hire the female knowing that her raises are not necessarily linked to better performance. However, how that conversation happens is the most important thing. First I would meet with a family therapist alone to discuss the situation, then meet with the therapist together. Own everything, and use the therapist to help with getting through the conversation as a family.
