Yes, my friend held it for me, and she told me before actually filing for it through her lawyer. I sent her a statement showing a zero balance and told her I had been using it for some time. She did not have the lawyer file, in which case she may have received a judgement, or so my friend said. I was almost as clueless as her about this. Thank FSM for good friends. I agree that this is solid advice, but it is still a defensive position. Tell the child safety officer that they are more than welcome to accompany you, when they provide a release from the minor's parent/s allowing them access to personal medical information, as this seems to be the crux of the issue. The person who made that reply obviously is unaware of how many National Guard members were conscripted to the current war (afghanistan), the last war (iraq), and the war before that (iraq again).
