Thanks, I do appreciate the insight. Just to give you on idea on how overworked I am: The company keeps track of our hours and puts a score on it. Depending on the amount of hours and also how many of those were in shifts etc the send you a quarterly overview over a 52 weeks period. The upper limit is set to 3500, which should be a big alarm, but mine is currently at 5528... At least I got the high score (:

poking you to make you seem weak in front of management and to get rid of you. Stop letting them get to you. Kee You are right. I just hope 48 laws of power will work in this cultural setting. Also, applying these laws properly takes lots of time and practice.

Thanks for your input, appreciate it. If you tell us more about the situation we can suggest better ways to react next time. 3 Days prior they intentionally misled me in order to 'test' me. I did what made the most sense and stayed behind to brief a trainee who would be joining us on how things are done for about 4 hours while they went inside into the fab.
