| 1 | Need someone to set me straightThanks, I do appreciate the insight. Just to give you on idea on how overworked I am: The company keeps track of our hours and puts a score on it. Depending on the amount of hours and also how many of those were in shifts etc the send you a quarterly overview over a 52 weeks period. If you tell us more about the situation we can suggest better ways to react next time. 3 Days prior they intentionally misled me in order to 'test' me. I did what made the most sense and stayed behind to brief a trainee who would be joining us on how things are done for about 4 hours while they went inside into the fab.
