Respond to her. Tell her you totally understand and to text you if she becomes available, if she knows what you mean

This is a great point. But if you find yourself attractive, it will mitigate that

Ok, just making sure. Keep approaching

Gradually escalate your game. Week one, smile at every attractive girl you see. Week 2, smile and say hi. Week 3, smile, say hi and introduce yourself. Week 4, smile, say hi, introduce yourself and compliment. Week 5, smile, say hi, introduce yourself, compliment and make her laugh. Week 6, smile, say hi, introduce yourself, compliment, make her laugh and touch her. Week 7, smile, say hi, introduce yourself, compliment, make her laugh, touch her and get her number. Keep going until you get a gir…

Are you trying while you’re learning?

You need self love

I would leave out the part about you not being able to do it casually unless it gets to that point. Keep it light and positive. Ask him what are we? Am I your girlfriend? If he’s ready he’ll be flattered and say yes, if not you can discuss further

I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m here to learn. I still struggle with approach anxiety from time to time. Not sure it’s something you ever fully get over because it’s hardwired in our system to varying degrees, but you can lessen it

Nice quip. I’m not saying this applies to everyone all time time, but it does apply to OP and many others

I would try one more time, but be upfront with her. Give her a call. Tell her why you like her and why you think she’d like you. Pick a day and time when you both are free. Tell her you were about to move on, but something told you to give her another chance. If this doesn’t work, then ya move on. Also I would advise against dinner because there’s a chance she doesn’t like you like that yet and you needs to get to know you better. Do an activity. That way there’s less pressure and you can get to…

Don’t try to be like anyone else. Be yourself. Embrace who you are. The thing that separates you from other guys is your uniqueness. I see a lot guys saying I have to be more like this or more like that. No. You just be you and approach. Don’t stop until you’re in a committed relationship

Yeah that could be self-sabotage as well. Look at all the greatest men in history. They all had a woman who supported and inspired them

Oh yeah of course. I used to self-sabotage, so can relate. It’s doable. She’ll understand why you’re busy, accentuate your life and make you more efficient when you are working

Oh your post made it sound like they play with their hair and/or make eye contact and you chicken out on the approach. If you're already talking to her, just push it as far as you can go. It's ok for those thoughts to come in. You don't need to control your thoughts, just your actions. Then you'll get reference experiences that will change those thoughts. For example, if you're talking to a girl and she seems to be into you but your thought is she's just friendly, if you ignore that and ask her …

Now this is sound advice. And you know another thing that makes Russell Brand so appealing to women? He genuinely has love for them and shows it

No belief will work. Just go talk to her. Literally force yourself to do it. This idea that you need a to find a belief is the self-sabotage itself

This is all way too fucking contrived. Just go talk to her. She’s a woman. You’re a man. It’s natural

Good job. Just asking her out is the reward in itself. You don't have any control over the outcome. Maybe she really has a boyfriend, maybe she doesn't. I just think we need to compete with ourselves. If you approached one woman today, approach two tomorrow and so on.. pretty soon your game will be tight and it'll be second nature to approach

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
