I think it is more about getting even for past things that have happened. Or perceive things that have happened. The problem is the laws are all geared towards women. The laws are also geared towards the weaker one. I happen to be a cis gay male he has a much smaller guy and I'm in twice as big but I will never hit anyone but he has gone crazy and tried to hit me with a shovel hit me with other stuff and then he scratched his face and said I did it and I believed him because I was bigger.
