That ticket would not be for impeding traffic however, that would be for traveling outside of the standard lane. I mean obviously it's purpose is not to impede traffic but it's different from going a low speed below the speed limit. A pedant technicality.

I think you put too much confidence into what Law enforcement can do. thw MAJORITY of drivers exceed the speed limit. If you gave a ticket for every speeding driver, you'd need an entire city of police, a massive oversized court system for all 100k tickets each month. It won't work. It can't work. Not in the US.

There's not enough police to do that. Seriously. 95% of vehicles on the highway are speeding. There's tens of thousands passing every hour. It has reached a point where you simply have no ability to enforce it. Try to use cameras and americans freak out cos they want there privacy...on public roads. But yeah, it simply can't be addressed without a ridiculous amount of effort and I see no one trying to do this.

No. It is just how they are treated. The speed limit may be wrong. But this is irrelevant. because you CNANOT stop the idiots from driving 10~ over the posted speed. They do it no matter what speed is posted. So the speed limit is correct for what they intend for it to do. That is maintain a speed of around 10mph faster than the numbers on the sign. So it is not "wrong" just the people's ability to follow direction.

She said the cop mentioned that her bday is tomorrow, him mentioning it likely made it a big part of her story and hit her with a bit of wtf feeling about it. Like "He knew it was my birthday, mentioned it, AND gave me a ticket" I mean of course he knew he saw the license. I mean even if what she says is true, the officer made note of the birthday so probably struck that emotional chord. Maybe not so much ppd here as it is birthday entitlement denied. How do I see cops do this all the time? Cos …

Yes this is fine on some less populated roads. But on a highway with hundreds of vehicles all going 70-80, going 55 absolutely becomes a risk factor to you and others. Is that right? no, people should just go the speed limit, but doesn't change the facts it is dangerous and more so.
/r/PussyPassDenied05/09/22 11:32 PM

It isn't the law that is the problem. It is the people expected to follow the laws. The law itself is something they will push against. If the law says 60 they go 70, if it says 70 they go 80. if it says 40 they go 50. It is just the way it goes. The long held belief of the 10mph safety zone beyond the speed limit, does limit the people from exceeding that in most cases.

Ignore the downvotes, americans are kind of weird. US has one of the most jailed society, they love laws and justice. They hate laws though, if they apply to them. They push the boundary. Any posted speed limit in the US is considered by 99% of American drivers to be "-10 the actual speed limit" because "cops won't give you a ticket up to 10mph over" often with some excuse about radar gun calibration or whatever. Reality is everyone just hates the rules and wants to always push it. Fun fact. 60m…

Those dynamic speed limits are usually LED signs that will change based on traffic or accidents a bit ahead. They're not so common. Be nice if they were, kick the speed up about 15+ when there is no other traffic at 0200 would be nice.
/r/PussyPassDenied05/09/22 10:24 PM
2

No, it is very unsafe to go slower than surround traffic, by any wide gap. 55 mph speed limit. most going 65-70mph, you going 55 increases your risk of accident signifigantly. It is BEST to speed up. Unlike other "but they did it" excuses, this one has very real merit. source: EMS - I can't count the number of accidents where "I was going the speed limit, everyone was going so fast and then he hit me"
/r/PussyPassDenied05/09/22 10:19 PM
19

Why? I see cops do this very thing, all the time. Especially to the slower of the group, which is the speed matching driver, not the speeder per se. Is she lying? possibly, but nothing suggests it any more than her not lying.

You put way too little thought in the shit that you say. I'm sorry that women actually putting effort into making money on only fans is something you can't understand and you think that all it is is taking a mobile phone taking a picture of tits and suddenly you can make a whole lot of money. But that ain't how it works bruh. Some of the girls on only fans are legitimate business folk. Others are people who think that it's going to be easy money, the latter fail the former succeed and I see no p…

Don't even try, you and I both are just going to receive down votes because this isn't just about pussy pass denied anymore, rather you have a bunch of unhappy angry men who hate the idea that anything that isn't their own shitty job, isn't a job. As demeaning as I realize you're trying to be, the reality is is that a lot of only fans models invest a good bit of money, sure it doesn't cost to just post using your mobile phone as the camera, but you're also not going to make any money. It is actually a legitimate business, because they make some legitimate money. A lot of the girls on there think that their tits are going to make them rich and it doesn't work, they actually do have to invest, not just in equipment but also in various compa…

Actually know some girls who have only fans, they're surprisingly a lot more to it than taking a photo with an iphone. I mean yes some girls do that but they probably aren't making the big bucks. I don't really see this as a pussy pass denied. If I had matched with a girl who was trying to justify having an only fans, which I really don't care if she does or doesn't, but her effort in justification suggests that she is quite attracted to the person who matched with her. She's very interested in this guy, he missed out, he wouldn't have had to take her to dinner at all, he was already in.

Why are so many of you this stupid. It is almost funny. Except it isn't. And it is why this sub has such garbage posts and users these days. Pussy pass = the use of ones feminine gender for an unfair advantage over a male in the same position. This post shows a cheater doing the very same thing a cheater who is male would do were the genders wholly reversed. Nothing here is associated with her being a woman except that she happens to be a woman, which is not what makes ppd. Get some smarts bruh.…

Ppd isn't about fights or just About "women" it is about women who use their being a woman for unfair advantages. This displays zero of that. The offender just happens to be a woman which means fuck all to this being ppd, as it isn't.

It still isn't ppd. Just cos it is a woman doing something men and women BOTH (eg. Everyone) do and do with the same exact excuses and reasoning, does not make it ppd. Sorry you hate women and not just the inequality. Maybe you need therapy.

Yeah it is hard to keep track of, so suggesting there's "pedophile ring(s)" with women (or men) at the top is flighty information. Yes there are some that have been exposed, clearly the top of the Epstein ring was both a man and a woman. However, slavery in the world by and large is NOT sex related, and is irrelevant to this although very relevant in the wider discussion. Much of the sex slavery as it is defined is not 'rings' but smaller operations such as the pimp/prostitute groups, single per…

Delay and reduce, just pedantically bring back isnt really part of the definition. With regards to a speed setting, bringing it back would imply reduction of speed , but if you were to speak of pitch using retard in place of "bring the pitch back some" would not make any sense.
/r/PussyPassDenied08/10/19 05:26 PM

Retard doesn't mean to bring back. Retard means slowed. Re- tardus (slow) , it does have connotation meaning to keep back, delay, slow, hinder. But not to bring back.

Because by disclosure of property laws you have to declare all property, she didn't, by failure to do so the judge awarded the husband the property she didn't declare. If she'd mentioned it in the divorce, he likely would have seen none of it as it was not part of their shared income / funds, and was something she had solely acquired outside of their relationship but that failure to disclose lead to the judge punitively awarding it, so perhaps in the future she nor others would attempt to hide t…

I don't disagree that a man might have been charged more quickly than a woman. However I don't want the woman charged simply because the man would be, I would rather that neither be if the law is not actually violated.

Yeah, and I addressed that. If that is the case then yeah I think criminal charges could be levied. A public place is generally an indoor or outdoor area, whether privately or publicly owned, to which the public have access by right or by invitation, expressed or implied, whether by payment of money or not, but not a place when used exclusively by one or more individuals for a private gathering or other personal purpose. So? The law clearly states work areas greater than 250 ft2. It says nothing of shared areas. The point you seem to keep missing is that it is clear on the definition. It isn't because you logically assume, but wrongly, that the law views shared areas as public under the law for which one would be charged for this. Is that silly? Yeah. But it is how it is.
/r/PussyPassDenied02/07/19 06:33 AM

See, that is actually questionable, as public is defined very specifically as ' "Public place" means any enclosed indoor area used by the general public or serving as a place of work containing two hundred fifty or more square feet of floor space ' Now, this definition refers typically to the open areas, for example in a resturaunt the seating area would be usually over 250ft\2 , but the kitchen, not, as well as not being used by general public, nor a place of work exceeding this. So is any house within a rather wide area. Would they be in criminal trouble for masturbating in a private and isolated room, such as their bedroom...or a classroom that's locked? No it isn't okay. But it isn't per se criminal. She should lose her job but she's not diddling kids it's not even intended for an audience who is looking for that it's just another in the public masturbation fetish bit. Courts do indeed sometimes rule badly. In this case I don't believe they did because I've actually looked deeper into the court case and it sure seems that the law was applied correctly. You're free to get the published records and see for yourself.

Funny you say all this when the law of our land, the courts, they ruled very different in this case. He was guilty of assault with a deadly weapon. So no matter your opinion the facts of the case as seen by the courts agree with my reasoning. You're also just pulling shit out of the air. It is a bad argument even if I didn't have the court having ruled on it already. Your intelligence, regardless of what level it may be, clearly is being subverted by your need to be right about a wrong situation…

How about you explain what the threat WAS? She kicked him from an angle that offered very little force (kinetic energy, this may be difficult to understand as someone who has spent too much time in the security field and not academic) to any attack she may provide. She barely kicked at him, and contacted him, it did not hurt him, it had no ability to harm, it had only the ability to piss off someone who has clear anger management problems (hence why the court aside from 10 year suspended sentenc…

I think you have a jaded view of humans. YouTube has plenty of videos showing this to be very false. This was nothing involving gender. It is a long reach to suggest this. There's good posts here which deserve to be here and this is not one of them. It has zero to do with gender.

She was cuffed. She was under as much control as could be provided at the time. Until it was time to move her, no further action on the cop needed to be performed to exercise further control over her until the time when her flailing her feet around interfered with their current intent, eg. movement of the suspect to a vehicle. The only way the law can be interpreted at this point is that within the use-of-force continuum is that he exceeded it. At most a verbal command to stop her actions was ne…

Of course they can. I was a medic for 10 years.I've been punched and kicked by suspects myself. I worked alongside plenty of cops. Most of whom would find this as fucked up as I do. She should have been charged with assault on a police officer and not kicked in a manner that exceeds the level of threat she could offer to the officer. Whether male or female if this occurred this reaction should not exist. The officer is a criminal, he was charged and found guilty and I expect the same were she to have been a man. Equal protection and equal treatment are two way streets and they should be equal.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/12/18 07:28 AM

Charging her with assault and not having a response that increases the threat level above what was responded to. This is assault on the woman. Were it a man it should be just the same and I think most people would agree that man or woman this response was exceeding the expectations of how the officer should react.

This isn't empowered women, this isn't anything woman related. This is the same thing that the cop should be and would expected to be charged with were it to happen to a man. Her being female has no play in this at all. It is fucked up gender regardless.

Hey he's taking pictures in a kids park. He might be a pedo. We should report him. If he's doing nothing wrong just let the cops investigate. Well I think the thing is, this isn't about anything pussypass related. Yeah women are by and far the predominate gender using premium snaps. But just because this is so doesn't mean whether they pay taxes is due to them expecting gender disparity in taxation. I love this sub when it's sensible and sticks to the point, but really I don't see this as related to the core intent here. Still funny though, just not this sub's material.
