In the US once the visa has been approved the sponsor can not withdraw their sponsorship for visas such as this. That is why it clearly states you are responsible until the beneficiary either leaves the US, becomes a citizen or completes 40 quarters of paid employment. I have been to Spain about 30 times. That doesn’t mean I have “operational experience” of how things work in Greece or Italy. I have also been to “Africa” as you put it. There are ~54. Your logic isn’t correct. What you are suggesting would be getting deported from individual countries. Deportation would force you to leave that country not the continent. Even if you were bared from entering them all you would be bared from Africa just all the constituent countries.
